AB Pools LLC

Hours: AB Pools LLC is highly regarded for its superior customer service and quality work in pool installation and construction. Customers appreciate the honesty and transparency from owner Denis Ferrera, who provides personal attention and stays in constant contact throughout the process. The team is known for answering questions, helping with pool opening, water levels, pumps, backwashing, and addressing any issues that arise during and after construction. They have successfully built in-ground vinyl-liner pools, often starting work earlier than scheduled to ensure pools are ready for the swim season. The work is described as excellent, with competitive prices and attention to detail, including proper grading and drainage around the pool area. Although some reviews mention minor issues like shortcuts at the end of projects, poor site cleanup, or payment challenges due to limited payment options (no credit cards accepted, only Zelle and checks), these do not overshadow the overall positive experiences. Customers also highlight the company's willingness to address concerns and go the extra mile to ensure satisfaction. Many have expressed their enthusiasm, recommending AB Pools to friends and family, especially for new pool owners or those seeking reliable, friendly service. Overall, AB Pools LLC is seen as a trustworthy choice for pool installation, maintenance, and general construction, with a team committed to delivering quality results and excellent customer care.
