Thank you amerigas "owner" for that email address. As you instructed, I sent the requested information on 21 June... big surprise, still NO response. I'm still waiting on my refund for a couple hundred gallons of propane.

Good luck trying to deal with this company. I closed my account nearly two months ago and still no refund/final bill. All local or toll free calls are transferred to call centers outside of the U.S. Their website says not to physically go to local offices in Fredericksburg VA.

My service with Amerigas is terrible and I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. They are over charging people and if I do not monitor my account they will bill for extraneous things. They claim that the usage is monitored and delivered when needed. In my experience they often showed up when my tank was at greater than 40% and filled up resulting in more per trips charges added to my account. I was also billed for a delivery that never happened when I reviewed my Ring camera no one from Amerigas was there on the date and time of the bill. Had to fight with them to get the charges removed.

I am very disappointed with amerigas’ customer care. I have had so many problems from billing to scheduling deliveries multiple times with this company. The only good thing about amerigas is the delivery man that has come multiple times now to deliver my propane.

Four years in a row my propane has run out in early Jan. I am on auto refill and on the budget program--- read prepaying customer.
I called to stop budget program as I was less than 3 weeks out from moving and was told if I disenrolled I would be charged about $150 penalty.
The last comment is the stupid policy that if I do not use twice the amount of feul that my tank holds and am charged for the difference.
At every turn you around really stealing money. I could go on but not worth additional comments. I recommended to the new home buyer to rip out tank and start with someone else.

Outsourcing your phone support to the Philippines AND not allowing local walk-ins doesn't provide the customer with the best support. Your technicians have a history of showing up, partially completing a service ticket, and closing it. Meanwhile, the customer has to call back through the Philippines to determine where things are with the service ticket, which is locked and has no way forward. My family and I must switch to a local Propane Company where the service calls are answered locally, and walk-ins are allowed.

Deliveries are in a timely manner and overall service has improved greatly, especially since the internet monitoring of tank levels.

You made a delivery to 6400 Toney lane Spotsylvania va 22553 , when I sent paperwork with my power of attorney, asking you not to , my brother has dementia and called you. He has no way of paying the bill!! I’ve sent and called y’all repeat times . With you saying that you won’t deliver. And then you do !! Fed up !!

Tech did not come to the door while he was here refilling. Nor did I know that refill was scheduled. On top of that he put the receipt in our mailbox which is illegal in Virginia

price per gallon was $1 more then my neighbor. customer service rep could not understand my question to explain why the price was so high. they just kept responding with "you need to schedule refill?" it took over 20 minutes to get to a customer support agent.
