I have been a member for a few years. Recently had surgery and Anna had been amazing with assisting me with any holds I needed and helping to re-initiate me back into the gym routine. It is always a pleasure speaking with her and I am grateful to have personnel who care about their patrons.

I’m from out of town and came to see if I could workout for a couple hours at this gym. I was pleasantly greeted by Ana. She was so friendly and showed me around the gym then let me workout no strings attached. Great customer service! I highly recommend this gym.

Coach Ty was awesome. He is not just a trainer; he’s is a motivator, a mentor, and a true expert in his field. His personalized approach to fitness training helped me set achievable goals and pushed me to surpass them. His extensive knowledge of exercise techniques, nutrition, and overall wellness made every session both challenging and rewarding.

Its a very well maintained gym and I have been here for a while! Staff is very friendly and Manager Anna is very easy to work with regarding membership and other fitness needs !!
