Decent selection of items but it is the outlet so look over the items well for damage. Interested in one piece but the drawers were warped upon inspection. Found another piece for a good price only a small scratch and broken handle that we bought. Don’t expect to be over with customer service.

I was in today looking to browse furniture, and I was greeted by a woman named Greta. At first she seemed nice until a few comments caught me off guard. She made a few comments that came off extremely sexist and racist. She also spoke down about her co workers when I said I would come back with my husband.If I do return, I hope she isn’t there that day. While the selection of quality items is there, she was a poor representation of the company

I have used this location for a long time since before they changed the name from Colortyme to Rent A Center. It was a great place that worked with you when you couldn’t pay! They are still a great and friendly place, the only criticism I have is they no longer mail out your ownership papers. If you want them you have to go to the store. I haven’t used them in a while but I’ll never know when I need them again. I love that place!
