My reason for this 5 star review is solely because the representative Reinaldo went above and beyond to help me solve a huge problem I had going on with a service set up that had gone wrong(not this stores fault). Also a big thank you to the Store manager, she made sure I was taken care of. I would recommend anyone to visit this store. Customer service was elite!

This AT&T was absolutely amazing and helped my husband and I tremendously. The representative helped us a great deal as well as gave us good deals and great customer service. Also got us the phones we needed & wanted would totally recommend this AT&T store. They were absolutely amazing! Thanks again everyone there.

AT&T must continue to train their employees in understanding AT&T only expects excellence in servicing customers. Also, excellence requires patience that exceeds industry practices. In such rewards should be given to employees. I had a wonderful experience.

If you got a good deal at Bjs for At&t Services, DONT COME TO THIS STORE! they canceled my order without my knowledge and kept my old phones. Then they tried to pretend my old deal didn't exist when I knew it was in my order summary. This is, of course, only after they give me a new order like I got it at this store. I LOST ALL of my Bjs promotions like my $250 gift cards and my work discount. When they showed me my new bill, I knew they tricked me.
I ONLY CAME IN FOR THEM TO ACTIVATE AND TRANSFER MY DATA!!!
HORRIBLE customer service!

I know a lot of people who received discounts and gifts in this and other states. I wanted to get some kind of discount on the communication line and a gift, but your company is very greedy. I will enter into negotiations with T-Mobile or Verizon. They have already offered me favorable communication conditions and said they will give me 2 phones for free.

Monica helped me get my info and apps over to my new phone. When I first walked in, there were people actively helping customers and the wait was not bad. I found a table to sit at and gather my thoughts as I wrote a message to my contacts that I may be quiet as phones got switched over. I went to the gym across the street while the phones were transfered then stopped at Hangry Joe's right next door until my phone was ready. I really felt taken care of here and it's Southpoint location is very convenient.

The work to building a better future and helping others. Not wasting ppls time or scamming. I'm glad AT&T is here..Went there after completing my contract with Cricket, had no way 2 network. Strted a new contract. Everyone from tech support to agent in-store is helpful. if u plan to invest, it's worth it. Network has been pretty good 2, after a year now with AT&T. No issues.
