Having to visit the store several times (by no fault of their own) I had the best experience I've ever had at a cell phone store at the Central Park AT&T store. (I traded in 2 phones and got Direct TV on 2 different visits and purchased accessories on the last visit). Rey was amazing in starting on my order right away as well. On my other visits Rey as well as Eric, Logan and Jimmy helped make the experience painless and fun. I can honestly say "fun" has never been in my vocabulary in regards to cell phone transactions but these are a great group of guys that are not only friendly and knowledgeable but went out of their way to help me out. Definitely recommended this store when looking for cell service and DirectTV (and DEFINITELY try the DirectTV over cable you won't regret it)!

I went to the AT&T store located on the Carl D Silver Pkwy in Fredericksburg VA because I needed help with my phone. The issue had to do with incoming calls and my voicemail. Rey walked over to me as soon as I walked in and he was great. He helped me solve my issue by contacting tech support. Rey made me feel comfortable and he was confident that my technical issue will be resolved. That made me feel confident in his abilities. He also went over my plan with me and presented some opportunities that I am considering.I highly recommend this AT&T store. Gotta give my experience 5 stars!Thank you Rey & AT&T.Angel

Ray was AMAZING. He assisted me with starting a new line and fixed the issue that I was having with my plan. I was close to turning off my lines but working with him made me reconsider service.

Very rude manager! We were waiting for 30min, they put us on the list and he came to take another person who came after us, when we told him we are next and why he is skipping us he didn't let us talk but keep asking "what I can help you with" and let us know that he is manager there. Not sure who hire these "managers", we requested another person to talk to since their manager doesn't really know managers job. I'm giving 2 stars only because other people were very nice.

I am a handicapped customer. After my service suddenly got disrupted, I sent my family member into the ATT at Carl D Silver parkway in Fredericksburg Virginia to help me. My family member went with my device, ID, PIN number, account number. Still the staff there refused to help because I wasn’t present. A sales representative named Rey actually accused my family member of stealing my phone!!! Even after he demanded that my family member get me on the phone, so he could confirm my information, he refused to help. Needless to say, I was irritate. My family member went to another location.The south gateway drive location in Fredericksburg Virginia. There my family member was welcomed with open arms by a whole team of caring and compassionate sales representatives, who were willing to help.They had my phone up and running within minutes. We will definitely be boycotting the Carl D silver location and going to the South gateway location going forward. Shame on the Carl D silver ATT location!

I have to say the Carl D location set the pace for the surrounding areas. Southpoint was rude and lacked the skillet. I went to Carl D location and it was WAYYYYY better. Hats off to them.

On 06.16 I charged my card online to help my sister move to AT&T. For some reason it stated that her identity couldn't be verified and to visit the store. We visited the store on 06.17 and they process another payment on my card for her account. AT&T has now processed two payments for 1 transaction which have cleared my account. The representative in the store stated the funds would be released by Tuesday. As of Wednesday afternoon the transactions have cleared my account and AT&T customer service has no solution. We will be visiting the store this weekend to cancel the 3 plans my family has opened with AT&T.

We went to the AT&T store on 1601 Carl D. Silver Parkway in Fredericksburg, Virginia and met Erik Marino who gave us the best service we have ever received. He spent an hour with us, explaining our options, working our new family plan, and answering all our questions. We stick with AT&T because of great people like Erik Marino. Thank you!
