I was very satisfied with Beth she made sure I understood what I was getting explained the bill and how much my plan would go up and was very patient with me cause I was asking lots of questions but overall Beth did a fantastic job in helping me Love my 15 plus coming bk soon to upgrade my son

The sales rep who assisted me was absolutely phenomenal. It took awhile for my new phone to update, but he kept great customer service the entire time. I was there about 3 hours, and never once did he leave the table. He was great conversation, great store rep, and a great time! The store manager is also super friendly as well. All around an awesome team!

We were having a problem with 1 of our 10 phones concerning voicemail. I brought it to the 9909 Southpoint Parkway AT&Tstore.The specialist "Genesis" was very effective a solving the issue. She, working in tandem "Monte", resolved the issue with this line by installing a new SIM card.-------This store never disappoints.AND THE CROWD GOES WILD!!

Love the great customer service- we was greeted by a phenomenal employee “Monica” we first initially came in looking for a Prepaid wifi services and ended up switching from our current service’s to AT&T it was honestly a good deal we couldn’t resist. And monica was there to help us fromBeginning to the end , she answered any questions or concerns we had , I truely love her personality and she for sure have excellent customer service:) this is why i made the switch :). kuddos to monica keep up the excellent work

Right away l was greeted with acceptional zeal. The place was clean and comfortable while waiting. The wait was short and the service helped diagnose what l thought was a virus. It was not a virus but a system update where l fail to restart phone. I left with a good feeling of confidence with AT&T professionals, and it didn't cost a thing.
