I had never been here before. These guys were very polite and seemed to care. They showed me the issues with my vehicle and knew it was going to cost a bit to get me safely on the road. We split the job into 3 parts. The most serious 1st all the way to my new car inspection. Couldn't be happier. Car is running great, and I know they did good work.

Auto Care of Fredericksburg is a vehicle oil change location I just happened to locate when my normal oil shop was unavailable. Since the time I met the owner and staff there, they have been warm, friendly and welcoming to me AND to their customers that are being serviced while I wait on my vehicle.
Even recently, after their shop hours, I called and left a message. The owner retuned my call within minutes and was able to spearhead a solution so I wouldn’t be stranded with a flat tire.
Do I recommended them? Absolutely. You won’t be disappointed.

I recently took my vehicle to AUTO CARE CENTER OF FREDERICKSBURG for a safety inspection, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. The technicians were thorough and detail-oriented, carefully examining everything from the brakes and tires to the lights and fluid levels. I appreciated their honesty—they didn’t try to push any unnecessary repairs, just gave me a clear report on my car’s condition.

I would recommend this shop!! I have been with these guys for the last 3yrs and they are amazing. Great customer service, communication and by far the best prices around town. I am a single mom to 3 boys and they have never taken for granted of that. As we all know at times... a women going to get her car fixed and they over charge you being that we don't know anything about cars😂I have always walked away with nothing but confidence of their work. Thank you for all of your continued hard work!!

Great experience, friendly and professional staff, will explain anything you don't understand, will show you what they found on your vehicle, good prices, mil discount. Down to earth place to get oil and other services done, Usman and Khamzat (hope that's right) are awesome! Will return.

Usman (I’m sure I’m spelling that incorrectly) was a huge help! I am looking at a car for sale and my timing didn’t work out with the store hours to get a pre-purchase inspection done. He took the time to pull up the listing online and walked me through what to look out for when checking out the car in person. Incredibly generous and I hope to have another opportunity to work with auto care center!

If I could leave 10 stars I would. They had awesome customer service. Finished my car quickly too. It was the cleanest waiting area I’ve seen a car service place have. I found my new car place. I’m not going anywhere else and I recommend all my friends and family to come here aswell. Thanks guys. See you’ll again.

Dropped car off for state inspection and they got it done the same day (Even on a holiday) and allowed me to pay online and pick it up after hours.

Best mechanic ever! I never leave reviews , but I had to let everyone know how amazing Auto Care Center of Fredericksburg is! I brought my vehicle in for a state inspection and had the pleasure of dealing with Humzah. I have to say this is by far the best car care center in the Fredericksburg area. Humzah was extremely, professional, friendly, and patient when it came to my car needs. He took the time to inform me about upcoming maintenance my car would require and I never felt like he was upselling me or misleading me. Their prices are very competitive and fair. This mechanic shop even took the time to help me plan for upcoming maintenance and work out a plan. Humzah and the team are the best in the area and I highly recommend them! It’s good to see honest and professional mechanics! They have a customer for life.
