Second time I've been there in less then a week and no one is there to assist me besides the guy who watches the shop. He tells me the same thing . He says someone will be back in about 20 mins . Why open the shop and leave. It's becoming repetitive and highly frustrating. I will find another shop to go to.

I ask for gel nails my original length. He charges me 50 dollars and they look terrible. My nails are not shaped the same at all, the paint is on my original nail where the gel is. I would not recommend my nails look bad and it was over priced for what I got.

pedicure for both me and my friend was so bad uneven nails, he didn't communicate with me at all (idk his name, older guy with glasses) 10/10 do not recommend find somewhere else to go.

I usually don't even leave reviews but I won't ever be going back here. Worst experience in the Fredericksburg area. I could have done this at home myself. This was the result of the classic pedicure (Regular polish/No Gel) that I paid $40 for plus a tip. The guy left polish on from my previous pedicure from another place. The vibe in there was super sketchy, the lady that checked me in acted like she wasn't sure what to do and she ended up doing another persons pedicure and they didn't look happy either.

i only come here for emergencies when nowhere else in the area has availability because they usually accept walk ins. not shocking - there’s almost always only 1 or 2 customers each time i’ve been. every time i get acrylics here they fall off within a week. not just break or chip but literally the whole nail will lift within a week. they will fix it for free but literally half the nails will fall off before a full 7 days and who wants to keep going back 5 times for the same set of nails? keep in mind i’ve worn acrylic nails for years and know how to keep up with them. they rush (even when they are completely dead) and don’t properly file your nail bed’s correctly for lasting acrylics. they are also pretty unfriendly and prices are inconsistent. i always regret spending money here. definitely worth scheduling ahead and making appointments somewhere else lol

This place is the worse place I have ever gone. The lady cut my toenails so short that I had to stop the pedicure. My toe now hurts. I won't ever go back and will never recommend them to anyone

The technician who did my toes did a horrible job . He didn't file my calloused, he did a crummy job painting my toes and charged me $ 5.00 extra for the "flowers " he added . As you can see from the photos that he did a really bad job not to mention he had a bad attitude to go along with his bad pedicure he gave me.

I truly dead getting my nails done as I have been cut many times by techs working as fast as possible without regards to safety. Unlike many other salons, Bella was a great experience. The tech was careful to not nick me with the Dremel tool and didn't cut me with the file. My nails were shaped perfectly and trued out amazing. I have found my new nail salon.

I could not put a star from the transaction I had with them . I got gel nail polish and it started to peel after two weeks. I went back to have them fix it and when I came in there was a couple ahead of me and they told them 20 min I had to wait an hour for them to even get back to me. When they did finally get to me they put another coat on top of the coat that was there they claimed they were trying to make it right but they did what they wanted to do and not what I would expect them to do. I tried to get the managers name and they claimed it was Bella but when I reach out to them to complain I found out that It was just the shops phone number. The guy who answered the phone said that she would get back to me but no one ever called..! Big mistake getting my nails done here. I am reporting this to the BBB !!
