“Customer service!! Needed a thru axle and they didn’t have one for my bike. I was 3 hours from home. They offered to pull one from new bike and let me borrow for the day! Unbelievable. Actually wound up buying quick release thru axel that I’ve wanted since I bought my specialized. If I lived closed I give them all my business!!!”

“Went to this incredibly cool bike shop and had the extreme pleasure of meeting Matt. My son and I went to get my 8 yr old granddaughter a bike. Matt took a lot of time and attention, educating us about the different features of several bikes, measuring her for accurate size and safety features.
