It's always the same staff which is great seeing the same faces but also because they are very friendly and always go the extra mile. They recently gave my mountain bike a complete overall, and now it's like a brand new bike! They also added an adjusting handle bar mount to the fx3 while I waited, and it made a world of difference!”

“Great service and support. My wife recently took my bicycle to Bike Works to have new tires put and a general service performed. Approximately one month after getting the bike back, the rear tire began losing air. I returned the bike to the shop and they immediately put in on rack and discovered that the tube was leaking. Although this was not part of the service performed, Andre put a new tube on the bike for no charge. I was out the door in less than 15 minutes. Good people doing great work.Follow-up Note: Took my wife's bike in as the shifter lever was coming apart. The technician inspected the bike and recommended new shifters and replacement of a brake cable. However, Andre took a look at the shifter and thought he had some spare parts to fix it. When I returned to pick up the bike, he had completely rebuilt with parts he found and replaced both brake cables (the other one free of charge).\Bike Works is a fantastic business with a high level of ethics and great customer care.
