If I could give a zero star I would . I was charged more than double the price on the Sims card that did not even work for my phone service and it’s not a legit store for my phone company a $10 Sims card cost me $26 from the store phone service for boost mobile

Cashier: Hkakafiya (avoid at all cost)I called to verify they had a phone in stock and was met with a very combative attitude within the first 5 seconds. All I asked was that and the address. Arrived at the store and she wouldn't even acknowledge me for almost a whole minute until she broke the silence with a "what do you want" I had to get her name from a receipt because when I asked she became even more agitated and refused. She then told me the phone I called about was sold already (26 minutes after phone confirmation). Huh? Then she said she'll look for one and "magically" found it...hmmm. Boost Mobile corporate office will be the next I call but why does a paying CUSTOMER (of 5+ years) have to jump through these hoops and deal with such behavior. I think I'll take my family plan elsewhere if I have to deal with this 3rd party nonsense. It was like speaking a bitter ex-lover. Truthfully I would rather deal with a bot. I hope her day gets better but according to these other reviews it's been a record pattern. This is no way to do business if you enjoy making/taking profit. God bless.

Wanted to purchase a new phone today. I called this business and the woman that answered had an attitude from the start. Wouldn't tell me the name of the business or her name. Laughed at me when I called her out on it. Lol...I'll spend my money somewhere else. This place is horrible.

Unfortunately Dish took over T-mobile and Sprint, now my service is so bad I am looking to change. I complained at this store and they told me that "yes" the service as deteriorated because they are upgrading their Towers, but after 6 weeks I have given up. The 2 Hispanic reps ( male and female) were very rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. They offered no help. Stay away from Boost, no service, no help.

With the pandemic out here..it was too crowded...need to limit customers..maybe 3 at a time..for social distancing..just for everyone 's safety. Otherwise service was great..the young lady was very nice, great customer service. God Bless?..Be safe

Harry, (Fredericksburg,Va., near Mary Washington Hospital), is hands down THE BEST Boost Mobile owner/representative we have found yet. He resolved my phone issue and answered every question I had regarding my account, without hesitation. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and pleasant to speak with. Had I known his establishment was there sooner, I wouldn't have wasted my time with the rude, unbearable Boostmobile store in the Four Mile Fork shopping center, which is actually closer to my house. Harry has an excellent selection of phones and accessories to choose from as well, including Apple Air-Pods for $40.00!!! I went there with the intention of purchasing a new phone because mine wasn't keeping a charge, well aware of knowing I would be forking out a good bit of $$$ to do so, but my problem was a simple bad charging cord. Thanks to the honesty of Mr. Harry, I left there only spending $12.00! Wow! Thats integrity !!! My family and I will be returning and will recommend Harry to everyone!
