Troy was absolutely amazing he sat with me for an hour and a half just to make sure my phone was compatible for a sim switch, and how to properly do a port in. Definitely going back and I'm glad I switch to this store.

I can not believe after being with a company for seems like ever that I have been so completely inconvenienced! I got a new phone went into the store to help switch over my number from my old phone to my new phone well the gentleman couldn't figure something out so he called the help desk well after that I don't know what happened but after 4 1/2 hours at this store I no longer have a phone number! and no one knows why! also on top of me not having a phone I paid for activation and obviously the activation didn't happen and they refused to give me my money back!!! thanks for the lost time, money and ruining my new present!

Should have read reviews before I purchase two phones over the weekend I realized did not do what I asked thought I could exchange within 7 days return 2 Days Later no refunds not even exchanges everything was still in the box

Worst customer service I ever witness. One guy didn’t know what he was doing and then the “ manger “ said his manger tells me that sell the “bundle “ princes and then when I told him I just wanted a phone upgrade and they knew that from the start! So we went to another boost store and it was 170 less then what they were trying to sell. I used to work for uhaul for 6 years and my other stores NEVER had different prices. Y’all need to get people in the store that know what customer service is.

Horrible service, no service, incompetent, no help. My Sprint service has been out for 1 week, Boost said Tower is out, 1 week, no service??? How they manage to stay in business is beyond me. One solution a tech gave me was for me to buy a new phone. I called back and another tech confirmed to me that Sprint was enhancing the service in my area, and sorry for the inconvenience, and not date for returned service? No service for over a week, and all I get is Sorry for the inconvenience.

I gave this one star because 0 wasn't an option. The manager, Ms. Castillo has been far from a customer service professional on all four interactions. When asked how and why she acts like that.... she says "because I can." The worst part? She was training new hires every time.
