Very happy with the repairs to our vehicle. Service was completed ahead of schedule, and we were updated daily on the progress of the repairs. This was our second repair with Caliber and would recommend them to anyone.

I had the pleasure of meeting with Chrystal yesterday she had no problem stopping what she was doing outside to another vehicle to help me out and go over the damages to my car without even stepping into the office. Appreciated her just even taking the time to even look at my car.

I was in an accident and messed up my car. Caliber Collisions called to schedule an appointment to get an estimate for repairs on my car. My family has worked with Caliber Collisions in the past ever since I was a little girl and have always been pleased. I go into my appointment and the nice service rep in the front Johnathan advised me the appointment was canceled. I advised it was changed from Thursday to Monday. He looked and said someone accidentally canceled my appointment for Monday and kept the Thursday time. It was a discrepancy on their part. He went in an open office to speak with two service advisors Stephannie and Crystal. Crystal was speaking loudly about my situation, going off saying it’s not her problem someone messed up the schedule, and that she can’t take me today. Then I asked were you just speaking about me? Because I was shocked this display of unprofessional behavior was not only in front of me, but my children as well. Then she ignored me! Stephannie stepped up, tried to diffuse the situation, but Crystal maintained her nasty attitude. I was there for almost an hour to only have the outside of my car assessed, have to reschedule another appointment, and to encounter a very miserable unprofessional lady with poor customer service skills. You’d think after being there almost an hour someone would’ve just went ahead and assessed the inside of the front left side. I will shoutout Mr. Richard who checked on us and gave us water, Johnathan, and Stephannie! I am truly appalled with my experience at this facility but the few that were friendly eased up some tension. May God Bless America and soften all people with hard hearts to be kind!

I always have chosen Caliber in the past because 1) They do the job right the first time, 2) They alway get the colour right so that the repair matches seamlessly, 3) They update you daily on what's happening with your vehicle, 4) Customer service is the best and you get an actual human on the line when you call 5) The car is always ready when they say it will, if not earlier.

Was serviced here by Richard. He was very professional and to the point. Was able to get me in the same day and it looks as good as new, as if it was never even there. If my car gets damaged again, I’ll definitely be coming back here. Thanks!

Can’t speak highly enough of these guys! They got me in and out in less than 30 minutes- and were super patient with me running late. Multiple techs were able to quickly address the issue. Richard and Chrystal were so kind- top tier customer service. I will be returning with any other repair needs for sure!

I'm giving Caliber Collision top rating because from start to finish they were top notch. From the moment I got there to the moment I picked up my vehicle it was a breeze. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I also needed a rental and I was given a choice of companies and Enterprise was right around the corner from Caliber so that turned out to be a good choice too. Thank you to all the people at Caliber and to Enterprise for making my journey from an accident easier to handle (and to State Farm who was the insurance carrier of the person who hit me).
