Was hesitant to use caliber collision, however, that change real quick! Very pleased with the customer service, the scheduling and timeliness, in the workmanship. I definitely will highly recommend caliber collision off of Lafayette Avenue in Fredericksburg Virginia, and definitely will utilize them again if needed.

When I took the car in to get it worked on midway through the process, the insurance company for the driver who hit my car, decided to deny the claim. The folks of caliber helped me figure out how to do the next step. They were professional, kind, and understanding. My car was finished a day early and looked as good as the day I bought it I highly recommend the shop.

I recently damaged my front bumper and thought it would likely require a new one. Caliber Collision in Fredericksburg did an amazing job repairing the original bumper and painting it beautifully. Impeccable worksmanship. They also worked quickly, beating the orginial timetable and they kept me well-informed.

They got my car back to me in great condition and made sure everything was handled before my rental period ended. I really appreciated their attention to detail and customer service. I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received. From the moment I picked up my car, it was clear the repair was not completed properly. The part that was supposedly replaced looked nearly identical to the damaged one, and it appeared that glue had simply been applied in an attempt to fix it which clearly didn’t work. On top of that, there are now scratches on my trunk that were not there before. This is especially frustrating because I take good care of my vehicle, which is why I requested photos at the time I submitted my claim to document its condition. When I pointed out the issue on pickup day, the staff member casually said, “Oh yeah, I saw it too just let the heat heat it up,” while waving her hand dismissively, then walked away. Her attitude was unprofessional and made me feel like my concerns and my business didn’t matter. I understand my car isn’t brand new and has some wear, but that does not justify cutting corners or providing subpar service. I shouldn’t have to rely on summer temperatures to “fix” something that was supposed to be professionally repaired.
It’s hard not to feel like I was treated differently and not in a good way. I expected better, and this experience left me deeply disappointed.

Top Notch Service! Super nice GM Cliff A. and staff. They stand behind their promise: Their service is GUARENTEED. Brought my car back after few years (having noticed an issue with the bumper). Not only did they NOT charge me to fix it, BUT instead of me waiting at the shop, they DROVE me to my office. A full service and customer friendly place...And the quote they provided for a non-covered need was very fair. Caliber Collision off Layefette Blvd in Fredericksburg, VA was nothing short of one of the best experiences I’ve received from a repair shop. I had a great experience with all the staff they were all very friendly and helpful with a sense of humor and always had a very upbeat with great attitudes and very personable personalities never had an issue with customer care once, I give them an A+++ rating all the way. A super big shout out to the customer care I received from Shayna and Keri at the front desk. However another super huge shout out to Kathryn my vehicle repair advisor. She was nothing short of a true through and professional repair advisor and inspector she was always helpful with questions I would have, never cut corners and was straight forward with everything and she was also very particular about keeping me informed daily of my vehicles progress, never once did I have to worry about my cars completion she was always on top of it and was simply the best to work with. She relayed to me a few parts that were put on my vehicle that didn’t look or fit right and since insurance companies want to use aftermarket items because of cost, she without hesitation contacted the insurance company and got approval to use OEM products that fit the proper way, that there is a person who takes pride in doing the job right and making the customer happy and putting the car back to what it should look like when it came off the lot. I also truly want to personally thank all the repair technicians that completed and fixed my vehicle the way you did great job to you all as well you were the hard workers behind this and need the proper recognition great repair job. When I picked up my vehicle I noticed a small misalignment on hood, without hesitation she literally had the technician who worked on my vehicle correct it within 10 minutes of my concern. That there showed me how much pride Kathryn, the technician and Caliber Collision take in their work. Like anything else your eye can’t catch everything so when this was pointed out it was corrected immediately literally within 10 minutes. Thank you to all the staff at Caliber Collision great job, customer care and repair of my vehicle.

I wish I lived closer to these guys, I would use them for all my auto body work. My wife was driving home from a get away and with 3 hours to go and a truck kicked up a rock and shattered our sun roof. The Manager stopped what he was doing and sealed plastic over the sun roof and my wife was able to drive the rest of the way home. Highly recommend this location to anyone who needs body work, their customer service is over the top!
