Purchasing a car from Car Loft has been the worst experience of my life. It has been less than six months of purchase and the car is undriveable. I purchased a 2014 Toyota Camry that I believed to be a good reliable car because I owned two Camry's in the past. After purchase, I had to tune up the car, purchase a new battery, put brakes and rotors all around and get the car inspected because the inspection they performed on the car paperwork was faulty. The paint has already started to chip and to top it off, it has been in two accidents and they only quoted me one. I recently took the car to Toyota for a diagnostic test due to a noise in the engine and Toyota diagnosed it with needing a new engine due to a bad crank, balance shaft and barons in the engine. The mechanical warranty they sold me has been very difficult to work with. At this point, I have no transportation and left to pay for a car that is undriveable. They make the cars look great on the outside by detailing them but the mechanical work is awful. Car Loft in Fredericksburg, Virginia sold me a lemon. They are unprofessional, misleading and unreliable. I highly recommend you avoid this dealership at all cost.

I contacted these people regarding a ram rebel I saw on their website the sales man talked to me and told me it was all good and then said that it had a suspension upgrade he then video called me and showed me the truck and the front air suspension was completely flat and I told them I wasn’t going to buy it unless they fixed it. He told me a day later it was fixed he never video called me again to verify that. they were constantly pressing for a deposit because I live out of state they also lowered the price to what I was willing to pay for the truck so I sent them the deposit without them saying anything about it not being refundable. The deposit was supposed to be taken off the price of the truck. so I decided at the end of the week I didn’t want it and I talked to the sales man regarding a refund he said no company policy says no refund so I talked to the manager he still hasn’t reached out to me it’s been over a week. I’m considering legal action.
Point of the story don’t buy from this place their is a lot of terrible reviews these people are obviously crooks and shouldn’t be in business.

Hey everyone! I wanted to share my experience with Car Loft in case any of you are thinking about buying a car from there. I can't tell you where to buy your car, but I can tell you what happened to me.
First off, those perfect 5-star reviews? Don't always believe them, especially if the person has never done a google review before. Sometimes, they don't tell the whole story.
Here are some warning signs I saw when I visited Car Loft:
1. The salesman really wanted me to pay a down payment through a money app, and once I did, I couldn't get it back.
2. I saw the salesman drinking on the job.
3. They told me to sign for the car even if I didn't have it yet, and to tell the finance company that I already had it.
4. They changed the price of the car from what they said online.
5. The people there didn't act very professionally, which was a bit disappointing.
6. They didn't seem to care much about customers who weren't from around there.
If you do decide to buy from Car Loft, here's what I suggest:
1. Don't send any money until you've seen the car in person. I found scratches on mine that weren't in the online pictures.
2. Even if you bring a mechanic, they might miss things. I had to replace the starter in my car just two weeks after buying it.
3. Trust your instincts. If something feels wrong, it probably is.
4. Make sure you see the Carfax report before you agree to anything.
5. And definitely check your oil before you drive off the lot. Mine was really low, which could have caused big problems.
So, if you're thinking about getting a car from Car Loft, just be ready to spend more money sooner than you planned. Good luck!
