“The whole transaction from start to finish was a smooth process. They even gave me a free upgrade. Everyone from the reservation, pickup/drop off were completely professional. The only downside is having to wait for my deposit back. It appears that companies are quick to take your money but always takes days to get it back. Overall experience was a good one definitely will rent again from Enterprise.”
