“I used C & R to replace the flooring in my kitchen/pantry/laundry room. They were very professional when installing and I was happy with the work. When the tile began to fail they came out 3 more times to fix the work. When those repairs did not fix the issue. I was upset. I left an angry Google Review complaining about the tile failing. Joe (the owner) reached out to me in less than 2 hours and told me the product I had purchased was recalled and he would get in contact with the manufacturer to file a claim. In less then 24 hours after my initial complaint Joe filed and got the claim approved and had me come into the store to pick my new tile. The product came in shortly after and they came and re-floored the tile. I am impressed with how quickly Joe solved the problem and made good pn C & R's commitment to quality. I appreciate the work Joe did on my behalf and I am very happy with the new floor. It feels like a completely new room.”
