Our Jack's (9 mos) entire closet is pretty much all Carter's outfits!! They have great sales and send me great coupons in the mail. Great selection for both boys and girls!

The staff was extremely rude! They have a belt thing blocking the door with a sign that says wait for assistance and I waited patiently and they were talking (not about work btw?) and the one lady rolled her eyes twice and shook her head at me ! I will not go back

Lots of kid's clothes, pretty easy to navigate. Helpful workers. The out of season items were amazing prices! The seasonal clothing was too expensive for me.

You should know that shopping here is not cheap. But they are very good. I like to shop at Carter's since I know what I am getting for my money. Wish they could be cheaper, it is what it is and that’s a store that sell quality things. Recommended.

Today I was denied entry into this store because I cannot wear a mask. I was browsing near the entrance to the store and was offered help by a lovely Latina employee. However, after several minutes another employee, I would assume a manager, said I must wear a mask or leave. I explained that I have a health condition - a medical exemption that prevents me from wearing one. Per the governor’s executive order (Executive Order 63 Section D, Number 6), I should be allowed into this place of public accommodation. However, it appears Carter’s makes their own rules regardless of constitutional and civil rights. Customers with medical disabilities are being discriminated against at Carter’s. Do not support businesses that do not give all Americans freedom of access!

just giving my honest opinion for this Carters location. I wouldn’t go back to this store after i went a few weekends ago as they have a great 50% off clearance . I was on a tight budget so i planned to stick to it. The store was very disorganized and they didn’t have enough signs up to tell how much the things would be. So i politely asked someone to scan some stuff as i was curious to see how much it would be, because i had shopped the week before in another location that was a lot cheaper. Some of my items weren’t even right sizes i needed but they proceeded to ignore me when i kept saying i didn’t want something and took the basket from me and scanned EVERYTHING i had and tried forcing me to pay the $80 in items when i just asked if they could do a price check. While all of this is going on they asked me over and over again if i was sure i wanted to sign up for a carters credit card. i kept saying NO i knew i wouldn’t get accepted. well then i finally got them to let me CHOOSE what items i want they were so mad i wasn’t buying everything and it made me Very uncomfortable. so they ask me to verify my email and address for the rewarding moments program and i hit accept and it takes me to a page asking for my social security number. i ask what it is and they said oh weren’t you signing up for the credit card you’re going to save 25% on top of these items today . i admit i was so embarrassed by the line behind me and so tired of them asking i said ok whatever. So they try signing up on the computer and it exits out, try the ipad it exits out. by this time they memorized all of my info and do it themselves. that didn’t work. they try again on the computer and i get approved.i don’t know if i had the experience i did if the store is struggling from being closed for coronavirus and i feel terrible for the stores that do but they should be kind and considerate the first time a customer declines . Finally, i am just writing to give others my experience at this location. i left feeling very uncomfortable and it took way longer than i wanted to be inside the store with this virus.I also wanted to let others no not to waste their time coming here if they like carters for older kids go to the stafford location. this small store is only sizes 0-5.
