Nikki was super helpful!!!As a past employee, the manager at this location and the customer service line were absolutely no help at all!!!!!! They showed how much they don’t care. Meanwhile Nikki did the most to help me retrieve my W2. Can’t say the same for the manager, DM, or the company! Thanks Nikki for being awesome!As a customer of 20 years, and previous employee, I am saddened by the lack of support. I’ve been hesitant to ever complain or say anything but after my last visit here I just can’t shake it. I go to Salon Centric 90% of the time (where they greet EVERY person on a first name basis, interact, making you feel like you’re their friend almost!) but I use Wella also so I have to come to cosmoprof occasionally. I will say I dread it every time. The employees are so unprofessional, almost as if I’m bothering them to be shopping there. Every time I have went in NO ONE is up in the store front. All employees are in the back unless someone was getting checked out when I walked In. You can hear the employees in the back talking and carrying on and I stand for a few minutes waiting to see if they are even checking for when someone is ready and I have to walk to the back to actually get them. I just don’t think that’s appropriate at all. A bell rings every time someone walks in yet never greeted. I don’t know if their is a theft issue but the fact that I had $300 worth of stuff and could’ve walked out the door before someone even decided to actually come out and do their job, should be concerning for the company. I know everyone has days they feel lazy or off which is why I haven’t said anything. But this has been a consistent issue for months and months every time I go in there, to the point I am thinking of switching brands and not using wella (which I love) just to not have to step into this store! This location has really really gone down hill over the years.

They had all the colors I needed and the lady really helped with her knowledge of what I wanted to accomplish and helped pick out a color that works best for the client's hair.

Great staff and management. They know me and greet me by name. Always helpful and inform me of deals and ways to save on products I'm always buying and re-buying. Always looking out for me and keeping me in the loop on sales starting/ending. Always get my orders perfect if I'm in a rush and have to call them in to pick them up and can't shop myself. Great ladies! 👌

If I could give 20 stars, I would. Ashley and Traci went out of their way without giving up! I haven't had a great experience like that to where someone generally cared in so long. I went to the mid Atlantic fashion focus hair show a couple weeks ago, which Cosmo sponsers. I purchased a pair of clippers and trimmers, which I later read on the receipt that refunds and exchanges weren't allowed. Turns out I absolutely hated them. I had to go in for color for a client the following day and was staring at clippers behind the counter. Ashley approached me and I explained my situation about hating my new purchase but not able to return them. She called her bosses and then Traci came in, they both didn't stop until I could exchange these clippers and trimmers for new sturdy clippers that I had meant to purchase from the beginning. I greatly appreciate you girls to not give up on me. You have no idea how much that means. These girls deserve so much dedication. Thank you Thank you! I am so happy with my new clippers!! 🤗🤗
