I have shopped here many times and this time was very different. This Costco needs to up their game on quality control.
All of the bananas were over ripe and starting to brown. One of my Honey Crisp apples was rotten, and a third of my blueberries were mushy. The worst thing was the Turkey Sandwich order placed in the cafe. The meat was still frozen in the middle and the Swiss cheese had a weird crumbly texture. I live far away so returns are not an option. Just a heads up!

Got here at 0430 as scheduled for delivery and it's been over 2hrs and they still haven't unloaded me yet ....so I'm late for my next stop and notified my company.

First time EVER that I have had an issue with Costco. I had bought a shark vacuum that I thought was a certain price because that was the price above the item. There was another Shark vacuum next to it with a different (higher) price. When I went to check out, they charged me the higher price. I went back to check the item’s price and that’s when I realized the items prices were reversed and over the wrong item. I went to go return the item , but the returns lady told me to go talk to the supervisor because since the item was marked and priced incorrectly, the Costco supervisor might credit me the difference. The Costco supervisor, Juan, walked over to item with me, saw that the item was incorrectly priced and then proceeded to tell me that I should have noticed that the item number was incorrect for the price above the item. And that the item that I had picked was cordless and that the price above the item, at that time before he switched it, didn’t say cordless on it. Basically, he was telling me that it was my fault that I paid the incorrect price because I didn’t read the price and item description correctly that was over the item. He then switched the price placard with the other shark vacuum price placard next to it. Then he said he would give me a refund.
I’m not complaining that I didn’t get a credit. I was ready to return my incorrectly priced item to the returns lady. I am complaining that not only did I have to spend extra time doing all of this, but the supervisor, Juan, spoke to me in a very demeaning and accusatory tone. Almost accusing me of having switched the two prices of the two shark vacuums and making me feel like I was stupid because I didn’t read the price placard correctly. I still like Costco, but I highly recommend you pay better attention to what you buy and the price placard above it

Great place to shop. Excellent prices, nice employees. The only issues were bad with an employee was addressed with corrective action and a personal phone call from the Manager. Highly recommend.
