My kids have been coming here for almost 4 years now. There is absolutely no other place I would rather bring them! My littlest was the one I most worried about with separation anxiety. His first drop off and I no longer existed. ? He had a blast and continues to look forward to going every single day. I have always had positive interactions with the entire staff and can’t say enough wonderful things about them.

Our family has sent 3 children to Creative over the years. We have always had nothing but positive experiences. Our children were always happy and couldn’t wait to go back. I would recommend Creative.

Where do I begin. The facility is disgustingly dirty. They pay their workers $14 an hour and expect them to deep clean it every day, and the owner refuses to hire a deep cleaning service. The toys in the infant room have a layer of grime on them. I will be reporting them to social services for this exact reason.
They tell their staff they don’t accept “bad kids” so do with that info what you will.
they indoctrinate your children into Christianity and they don’t inform the parents beforehand that this is a religious facility.
The four year olds “teacher” Ms. Tachie, forces the children to say the prayer correctly before they get to eat their food. That was the wildest thing that I witnessed while in the facility. That is also probably why they do not let people meet their kids’ teachers.
I asked them to use diaper rash cream on my child everytime they changed him, but the teachers in the infant room ignored my request DAILY. My son came home from daycare with food in his neck and all over his clothes multiple times, even when I said something about it. I repeatedly asked them not to put my child in a “container” like a bouncer, and everytime I came to pick him up he was in one.
The food they offer the children is never cooked and comes straight from the can, great value brands at that. They gave my 10 month old cookies, when I have never given him sweets in his life.
They have terrible communication skills, are incredibly unprofessional with the way that they handle situations regarding parents and their children, and they don’t listen to parental wants. I checked my son out in the middle of the day and I will never go back. I suggest everyone stay far away from this place.
Edit to add: the manager, Miss Jessica, cannot do her job properly because she is consistently corralling her bad kid in the hallway during pick up time. He screams, he throws things at other kids, and full on tantrums in the front desk area every day. They don’t allow bad kids unless you work there lol.

Stay away. If I could give zero stars I would. My kids were there for four days and the asst director was rude and worried about her own kid instead of speaking to us. Us communicating to them bothered them. I witnessed a teacher being rude to an infant, they don’t care to engage with them. Very unprofessional staff. My kids had wipes that were not theirs used on them. My daughter was not given milk I provided. I am still fighting to discover what she was served because I have believe it was her allergen. Im hopeful that someone can look at the cameras and tell me. The director told me my child was planning to wake up in a bad mood. He has never used the word planning in his life…. He was also told that he couldn’t have a snack until I got there…. My baby came home with diaper rash every day that I could fix over night but he would cry during changes. Feel free to reach out to me if you want to see the emails I sent to them. I am hopeful for answers soon.

If I could give -a thousand stars I would. DO NOT send your child here unless you want to pull them out after a week or even a day. They are so careless. This place is a MILITARY CAMP. I did not get introduced to a single teacher or staff member in the facility. I did not get to see my sons classroom and or take him to his room. They will call you to pick up your child over ANYTHING. they use “policies” for some kids that they don’t hold up to other. And the director? APPALLED. careless. Unapologetic. When I asked for my $150 refund for my son only attending 4 hours within 2 DAYS and I explained to her the MANY problems I have had with them in a week my only answer back was “I’m sorry you feel that way” and that is ALL she said MULTIPLE times. Your kid will not achieve anything at this place!

My overall experience with this daycare was terrible. I began the enrollment process and was introduced to this “advanced” class for pre-K, unaware of the trial period for the child. My 4 yr old daughter started this “advanced” program and by day two, I was informed by the teacher that my child was unable to do the work given and that I should put her in another class. I had setup a teacher conference the next day to discuss why. The teacher told me that my daughter was not interested in doing the work nor does she sit still. I asked what it was that was being taught that is causing my child to not follow along. The teacher couldn’t give any examples to support the lack of interest from my child when it came to the work. The teacher redirected and stated that my child was disruptive in class. After a month of getting ridiculous complaints i moved my daughter to the regular pre-k class (the regular class), only to find out that the regular class teaches EXACTLY what the “advanced” class taught. That teacher picked on my child so bad that normal behavior for a 4 year old was considered heinous. My daughter would return home expressing how mean this teacher was (which caused me to move my child out ASAP). When I brought this to the attention to the director and manager, my concerns went unheard and ignored. The only suggestion that I received was to move my daughter from out of the class due to my daughter not wanting to do the work. Mind you my daughter was the only black child in that teacher’s class and has NEVER had any prior complaints from the previous daycares she attended (the previous daycare was filled to max capacity). My daughter was even hit by another child and when my daughter brought it to the attention to said teacher, she was ignored by said teacher. After i agreed to move my child, my daughter with the new teacher (Mrs. Tashe) flourished and was so ahead of the class that she had to go to my daughter’s old teacher for extra work. Later on i found out that the “advanced” class wasn’t as advanced as they marketed it. The “advanced” class was paced exactly as the regular class and did the exact work, with more outside activities. I wouldn’t recommend this daycare to my worst enemy because of how they treated my daughter when she went. If it hadn’t been so hard to find another daycare I would have left this place sooner. Jennifer the manager was very condescending and unbothered, she had no care in the world about the concerns of the parent, the prior teacher Ms Lapore was racist, even towards the children and very rude, which was an experience that I never expected nor encountered. The environment was very uncomfortable and unprofessional. This is the first time i have ever felt this way about a daycare and i pray this will the last.

This company is terrible don't expect to get a tax break from them. The rude workers here won't give out the owners name or EIN number. I have to go to the IRS now because they won't offer me any information. Spending thousands of dollars a year to a daycare that seem to be very sketchy I'm not sure if the company is actually legit at this point.

Allows younger children to pick up and change the baby’s. My infants come home with food in there diapers and unchanged. They’ve also came home with bruises and marks. We were removed and lied on. My wife asked about a removal and we told the director about our baby being picked up by kids and she just blew it off. The director is very disrespectful, and I’m reporting our entire situation to the spotsylvania police department. Send your kids at your own risk. Jennifer, the director is highly disrespectful. They packed all of our childrens stuff and had it sitting at a door in trash bags. Have a blessed day.

My children went here for a few years and we really enjoyed it here! My children were always taken care of. That’s what really matters! The only thing I wasn’t too crazy about was the fact that they were learning Christianity (saying grave, Adam eve, etc) and it wasn’t stated anywhere on the website.
