Nice store. Had a nice selection of clearance mens size 12, which not all these stores carry much of.
But location is wrong on the map. Looks like it's by the dicks but it's actually across from the jcpennys

I was disappointed in the whole experience. I took my daughter and niece here to grab a few pairs of crocs. The store associate followed them around the store as if they were stealing. He never asked did they need help he just remained in close proximity to them. Meanwhile the store had a nice crowd but he was very tuned in on them. If they looked at jibbetts he was right there, clearance shoes right there. I just felt uncomfortable so I encouraged them to just grab the crocs and we bought jibbets elsewhere.

Does not stand behind product .Had show for 16 days .Showed proof of purchase, only trying to exchange for another pair.Making me go through corporate to get anything done..Manager told me that the warranty is only good if I didn't wear them.......lol what a joke.

I'm not impressed. Sale store wide B1G1 w/% off, doesn't include the plain solid, popular colors. Just the ugly ones. The sales staff was nice.

So many different croc shoes. Some have decorations and you can add lots of bling to yours.

Twice I've come to this store before closing time (advertised to close at 9pm during the week) and both times showed up at/around 7:45pm for them to already be closed. This is very frustrating since we live 50 minutes away and we stopped by while we were in the area for baseball practice.

We came in super late for last minute work shoes and even though it was so late they were so kind and helpful. I know how much it sucks when people come in right before closing so I was blown away with by the customer service.

This was my first experience at the store and buying Crocs amazing customer service. Shannon and JoJo were amazing ladies explaining all the different styles and additions that could add to my unique Crocs. Very knowledgeable and friendly, I would totally recommend this store. If I could give 10 stars ⭐️ I definitely would. I will be back in the next week for my second pair. Thanks amazing staff.
