Excellent customer service, very professional demeanor from every staff member with whom I’ve ever interacted. Woman owned business. Onsite cameras and Gated security. Restroom available from within the gated area. Boat and RV parking options available. Rental units are standard sizes and reasonably priced. Well maintained and clean facilities are monitored and inspected daily by staff on duty. Hassle free account maintenance online. Getting setup initially was super easy and a painless experience.
I saved a ton of money by moving my storage here from a nearby competitor notorious for jacking prices every quarter. Prices here have raised on a regular basis but it’s more reasonable and this business communicates much better than any other in the area that I’ve dealt with to date.

Pam was such an amazing help with me trying to get a unit I am currently out of town moving to their location And she was so helpful in assisting with the paperwork online. This was so easy and less time-consuming than any other thing I’ve had to do moving. They offer great prices and a really willing to work with your needs. Phenomenal customer service 10 out of 10 would recommend.!

TODAY IS SEPTEMBER 6, 2025 and me and my mom had the best experience with our Mrs. Pam to get our storage unit the golf cart ride was fun 🤩 me and my mom really enjoyed it!!!!!! And the Customer Service was awesome

This is my first experience with CubeSmart. I needed a storage unit that was accessible by a semi tractor trailer, and this location fits the bill for that. I booked my unit online, and had to pay for a lock I didn't need ($20) and an overpriced protection plan I didn't need ($16/month) to complete the booking online. I think I could have saved the protection plan cost if I'd booked in person, but I wouldn't have gotten the online pricing - so it would have been about the same.
I had to go in person during office hours to present my homeowners insurance policy to have them waive the $16/month fee going forward, but there are no refunds for the unneeded fee I paid for the first month.
For this particular site, one must exit one's vehicle to punch in the gate code - super inconvenient. One must also enter the gate code when leaving; at least that key pad is accessible without needing to exit one's vehicle.
The storage unit itself is billed as 10'x10'; it's only 9'x10' when the door is closed. They helpfully state that sizes are approximate, and the usable space may be less than the advertised size. So, just buyer beware on that one. It was clean and in reasonable repair upon my move-in inspection.
The on-site manager I spoke with was friendly, professional, and helpful.
So, the rating: For CubeSmart's corporate policies and online rental experience: 2 stars. For this particular location in terms of physical layout, friendliness of the on-site staff, and layout of the key pads, 4 stars.
