They Raise the rent every 6 months or so
This place is short staffed so there probably be issues with getting admin stuff take care of until they’re more people.
Matt is managing two locations by him self.
He’s doing great job remediating issues that the owner can’t seem to figure out.
Matt can’t be the only person keeping this place alive
this place is super profitable no reason they can’t have two employees at each location to man the counters. Owners need to stop being cheap. Hire A employees
I have left two 1 star reviews and Matt has been the only reason I’ve taken them down.

The facility is very clean and secure. I would have recommended it to anyone before this month but, an increase in monthly storage fees from $80 to $117 (not including mandatory insurance) makes it no longer an option. The percentage of increase is simply too much. I was given the option to move to a smaller unit. It seems that even self storage units are not immune to shrinkflation.

Always very fast and efficient. Plenty of space to unload and carts are available if needed. Reasonable rates would recommend.

If I could give 0 I would, this place is terrible I’ve been with them for several years and I WOULD NOT recommend this place to ANYONE called 2 days before my due date to the Corp office and I informed 2People that I would not pay until someone called me back they never did after numerous calls and they still charged me a late fee, informed them that I had home owners insurance and still they charge me for their insurance. Stay away from this facility others work with you and they don’t raise the rent $20% every coupleOf months. I’m just grateful I was able to move my belongings to another facility up the street Good Luck and I hope this saves at least 1person from this headache.

If I could give 0 stars I would. 24 May 2023, my rv was stolen from this facility. The code used by the thief to get into the facility was a universal employee code. The manager never reached out to me and automatically cancelled my account with out talking to me about it first. They also refused to return phone calls to insurance. This is the second time I have posted this bc my first review got mysteriously deleted. DO NOT TRUST THIS ESTABLISHMENT!

I have been renting here since April. The facility just raised the rent 20%. I spoke with the front office and because the contract states that they may increase rates that their common practice is to raise rent every 6 months by 20%. That means that after being their for 1.5 years my rent will basically double, because these are compounding increases. Scandalous and bad business practices, do not rent storage space here! This recently retired/disabled veteran will be leaving the storage facility very soon. Thank God they didn't have space for my RV, we would have been getting hit by two increases.

Went to pay for a unit, and the office was closed. I waited for 45 minutes because sometimes things can happen. I called twice and left a message. No one has returned my call to respond to my message.
