CVS pharmacy was closed for lunch at 1:25 instead of 1:30. This meant I had to wait 38 minutes until 2:03 to get my prescriptions. I tried very hard to get to the pharmacy before 1:30 so wouldn't have to wait and they decided to close for lunch early.,

Have had nothing but issues and confusion the past few months using this pharmacy. This time around the pharmacy had been open for an hour. However the person working didn't know how to log in to give out prescriptions that were ready. It's ridiculous that people can't get their medicine for the first hour or so because this pharmacy can't properly staff or train.

The associate at the pharmacy helped me by finding coupons to lower my cost. Great service.

If I could leave no stars. Been trying to get a simple prescription refilled since the first week of February. Caught them in several lies. Finally called the doctors office. The refill had never even been sent to the doctors office. Have since moved all prescriptions to the CVS across the street if you like honesty in a pharmacy, do not use this pharmacy.

You all are so disgustingly disrespectful. I drive 30 minutes from an urgent care center only to find the shutters closed and everyone gone. It’s 7:46!!!!!!!! People are sick and you have the nerve to close the store when you feel like it. No sign, no nothing. The Target employees had no idea.

This particular CVS store has seen a lot of changes over the past 2-3 years. At one point, it was closed for a week, then reopened with very limited hours - closed on the weekend, and only open about 8 hours during the day. The staff that was there at the start of the pandemic all left. That does not say good things about the CVS store management. It was incredibly frustrating for me and a lot of other customers! When the pharmacy WAS open, there was a line all the way back through Target, probably 25 people or more. I tried to leave and go to another CVS and it was almost as busy. I started trying to use mail order more, but that doesn't always work out. I'm thankful this location finally got back to better hours. But there's still been a lot of turnover. The pharmacist there now is great, but I worry that she won't stay if you don't hire more staff. I think her name is Albertina Coleman. It is ALWAYS busy. She barely has time to consult with me on things I need help with because there's almost always someone else waiting. I have had several problems with prescriptions, mostly caused by insurance, and I need her to have time to help me get it straightened out. She's also advised me on some interactions that I needed to know about. Please hire more staff!

Called about a prescription that I had two texts about from CVS, one that was an old script and one that was a new script, called the pharmacy here to ask if they could remove the old script being I had it going to another location, the pharmacist got angry with me, cut me off while I was trying to explain what I needed, said "oh my God, I'm trying to help you here, I'm not filling it, the other store is handling it, ok?" And hung up on me.

If you value a prompt fill of a prescription, do not use this pharmacy. There is often not a pharmacist available to fill or refill. Every staff member will say 5 or 15 minutes; by my count, this was an additional 90 minutes, or postponed to the next day. The staff on location do not prioritize stock to fill prescriptions they receive daily, as seen in the attached photo of stacked boxes. If you value your health or any sense of medical responsibility, use the Publix across the street.

I dropped off a prescription for amoxicillin on Monday for my 2 year old with double ear infections and pink eye. I called Wednesday.. order not available. I called again today (Friday) "order hasn't been placed but please hold" I was left on speaker while these ladies spoke about their boyfriends and personal lives as I'm on hold with a miserable baby for over 15 min I listened to their personal drama. Still don't know status of antibiotic as the automated service said my "refill" is being processed! I haven't even got my original!

I’ve had wonderful things to say about this CVS. The old pharmacist they had, Jesse, he was amazing. He knew I could only take a certain brand of medication so he would call to order it for me every month. The last 3-4 times I have gone there though, the staff was rude and acted as if they were inconvenienced. They were constantly closing early or for an entire day without notifying any of their clientele. The icing on the cake is this month. They have been closed for the last 4 at least, due to staffing. Which I completely understand being understaffed. I deal with it daily at my job. BUT if you’re not going to be open, don’t have prescriptions “in process.” This causes them to not be able to be transferred to another pharmacy, or billed through insurance, or having to call insurance and wait for an emergency override. What about people that are on medications they would die without, go through withdrawals from not having? That doesn’t seem to matter to anyone at this Target. Bring Jesse back, DO BETTER CVS! It’s my birthday Saturday and I was suppose to have left for NYC yesterday, but that can’t happen now because I can’t get my prescriptions due to your negligence.
UPDATE: My medication was sent in 11/10. I went in yesterday 11/15 to pick it up. I thought 5 days was enough to fill a medication. After standing in a line that was wrapped all the way to the cleaning supplies/infant clothes for an hour, the lady tells me it’s in process and not ready. She said she can have it ready first this in the morning. Well, they have been open 2 hours and it’s still not ready. They don’t answer their phones, which I understand because they are understaff. But that means I have to go back and stand in line for an hour to have them remove it from processing so it can be sent to another pharmacy.
I understand wholeheartedly being understaffed, I really do. But there is a CVS on almost every corner that is fully staffed with at least 2-3 people. Send in 1-2 more people from another location. It’s not just this location either. Almost every CVS. Lafayette was closed for 2 days due to down servers. Mary Washington 24 hour drive thru closed due to short staff. What’s going on CVS?
