MEDICATION ERROR. Gave 150 out of 256 ML of antibiotics for my toddler. Had to call the doctor to have another script ordered. I understand you are busy, but you can not make medication errors like that. It's unacceptable.

this is for the minute clinic not the store, the store is fine: having said that... COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. The level of incompetence was truly staggering. Went in for sore throat/sinus infection. The exam was a joke, didn't even look at my throat. She did a WebMd style select the boxes (which she couldn't figure out, also with the screen facing me). Told my I had a virus there is nothing to do, and gave me a bill. I don't know why expected more from CVS, seriously WTF.
