While the pharmacy in the back is amazing employees at the front can't be bothered to ring customers up because they are too busy chit chatting with their friends completely ignoring customers waiting to be rung up. They then get an attitude when you go to self service because they won't bother to do their job.

I came to this location for printing services and was told no one was there to help me. The staff member I spoke to looked annoyed about why I needed assistance to make print copies of some old photos. When I asked about assistance with the machine and needing a feeder to make multiple copies at once she said I should follow the directions provided and that its all there. Wow, very disappointing. A simple I am unsure of how the machine works and we are short on staff today would have been fine.

Items rung up incorrectly, employee refused to help- wouldn't even acknowledge my presence. Check out lines inside and drive through, long and painfully slow.

Absolutely the rudest most incompetent pharmacist ever !! Save your time and definitely go elsewhere! Wrong automated pick-up message, prescription not in stock, and since when does a pharmacist argue with the customer about the validity or them being TRUTHFUL about a prescription they're picking up!! I produced the email for PICK UP AND TEXT MESSAGE for pick up AT this location...certainly not my fault. Maybe do a better job ordering. ( Oh, it was insulin, not a narcotic, NOT 1 SINGLE VILE IN STOCK !!! ) SAD!

CVS hit the Jackpot ? on this one ☝️, Customer Service continue 2 rise. Her name is Katherine, she represents what CVS stands for. Service @ it’s best!!!!Regardless of the day, date, or the time, ask for Katherine? She not only excellent @ her position. She’s alway carrying a picture perfect ? Smile ?.Here’s the Proof, 1 AM in the morning, she’s working hard ?. While helping others. She asked me twice, if I needed help.Long Story, Katherine expertise on this night for me was a complete success.Katherine gave me some lessons on Coupon saving, also she advanced my knowledge in computer ? technology.Employees like Katherine only comes alone once in a life time.FYI, Katherine saved me Money ????CVS, went out and hired a Professional ?? Customer Service Manager name Katherine.Excellent job CVS!!!

I've been going here for years and everyone is very caring at this location!!! I have been to other CVS in the past and I choose this one out of all the CVS in Fredericksburg VA!!! Lasheria and Sam and the older lady that's always at the drive thru window and so many other names I can't remember I've been dealing with over the years and I'm sorry for that is very understanding and caring!!! Thanks to everyone at this location!!!

I’m sick and tired of asking the late night pharmacist every single month to refill my prescription, when I’m out of prescriptions, he says “he will email my doctor” if I’m out of refills. Then I go to pick up my next day scripts for there to be nothing there cause he in fact never sent my doctor anything! This has happened multiple times! While this is the closest 24 hour pharmacy and all I have to do is leave work after midnight usually and get my scripts filled, well.. it’s never there cause he NEVER sends my scripts to my Doctor!!!!!!!

Sat in drive thru for over 1 hour then they clos d for lunch no signage in drive thru to inform you. Come in the store and they just said going to lunch. When I was in drive thru they had a person at the window for over 25 minutes. Move them inside. So glad Tricare left CVS. I'm here for my son because I will never come back to a CVS for me too many issues when they took Tricare. Totally unsat.

In all the years that I have using this pharmacy, I never had an issue until today. Let me tell you my evening story, I spent about 5-6 hours in the ER (MWH) after I left the ER I went straight to the CVS to pick up my med, as usual, they tell you WE just got it to give us 20-30 mins to have it ready blah blah... 28 minutes forward I asked if my med was ready. To my surprise, they told me that it was picked up 40 min ago when the ER sent it no more than 30 minutes and they told me 28 minutes ago that it would be ready in 20. Made no sense yall. Anyway after all they made me call them for the mistake they made because they gave my med to someone who they SAID provided personal information...????????
