I came in to get a passport photo done and the young lady at the front end was very nice, made sure the photo was within regulation, and assisted us to her fullest. However, when she went to ask the store manager, Rodney, for assistance, he came up and spoke to her in a demeaning and condescending tone. Discovering that he was the store manager was appalling. There are ways to train people and belittling and trying to embarrass them should never be a tactic used. We are taught as children to treat people the way we would want to be treated, but he clearly missed that memo.

You might want to go elsewhere for your prescription.
This pharmacy was going to charge us more than double the amount for medical equipment needed to administer medicine for our daughter (over $60 vs $20). Even after our insurance company contacted them, they claimed they were unable to switch their billing type for this product.
We found an alternative product at a nearby medical supply store for half of what this pharmacy was going to charge us. And when my husband called this location and explained why we were cancelling our prescription, the tech was very rude and hung up on him.
Granted, this pharmacy was willing to expedite preparing our prescription, and I appreciate that. I also know we aren't privy to how a pharmacy functions and how much work goes behind that shelf, but there's just no excuse for poor etiquette simply because customers aren't tolerating being ripped off.

Do not go to this pharmacy if it dire straights or if your life is depending on a prescription!!!! My wife had a prescription send from the ER at 7 pm and when we arrived 7:50 pm and mind you pharmacy do not close until 8 pm the lead pharmacies lied and said they did not get the prescription. We showes him the prescription from the ER and he walked around for 10 minutes and said they are closed and he will send the prescription to the other CVS on RT1!!! I’m going to report this to CVS pharmacy management due my wife needed her medication as soon as she got out the ER!!! I will never go to that pharmacy to fill a vitamin order!!! They should just shut it down and just sell everything else.

Gavin was phenomenal! Great service, professional and very quick. They were very busy and he acknowledged me as soon as I came in and helped guide me with passport photos. Highly recommend this location for pharmacy and any other needs. Thank you, Gavin!

Glad they had an Rx that was not available at my regular CVS store, but the Rx drive thru pick up window was packed even though it moved quickly.

I’ve been using this location for almost 2 decades. The pharmacy staff including the assistants have always taken time to assist extra with my insurance needs when required and also never let me leave without making sure to update me on my meds and answer questions I have especially with possible medication conflicts. Good on them and they should get the public praise they deserve.

The pharmacists have consistently helped me with problems regarding my prescriptions by contacting my doctors for me and never allowing me to miss any doses of important medications. The store staff has also gone out if their way to provide excellent customer service. Recently in a photo order the associate contacted a nearby CVS to get the acrylic magnet for my photo in time to have my order ready in less than an hour!

I love having my medications filled here, but 25 minutes in the drive thru is absolutely ridiculous. I don't know if I come out better inside or out. It's crazy ??

Phenomenal location, staff and reliability. I have been going to the CVS for a very long time even though I’m no longer in the direct area. The pharmacist Miyos & Sam are knowledgeable, empathetic, quick and well equipped to handle such a busy pharmacy during our pandemic. The pharmacy staff is very personable, caring and efficient. I cannot remember everyone’s name but Sarahas been there since I started coming there and always welcomes me by name with a smile on her face. She even remembers small factors about my life or conversations that we’ve had previously and ask how I’m doing.Alayna is very friendly also I believe she possibly is new and she’s also a pharmacy tech.Samantha I believe is a long time her and is also very great she goes above and beyond and sends my refill request efficiently. I believe there’s a Haley or a Kelly. Bottom line they do a phenomenal job. At the front I believe there is a supervisor who is African-American like me he’s a male may be in his mid-20s. How he remembers that I’m a master of social work student I’ll never now he goes above and beyond is very friendly. This location is a asset to our Southpoint community And they really should be rewarded. They deal with all kinds of rude people to the point where it’s distasteful but they always put on a smile and provide the utmost professional patient care. Great job guys

Horrible wait times, the employees at the pharmacy do not take their jobs seriously. When dealing with peoples medication that’s a big red flag. Definitely will transfer prescriptions to another pharmacy.
