Don’t get your pet medications from here. Go to chewy, if anything. I needed Prednisolone for my cat, which is about $6 everywhere else and on Chewy is even less. At this CVS, they said it’s over $400!! That it’s some rare medicine and it’s not.
They were nice enough to find me a discount, so it would’ve been over $100. But this is a $6 medicine! Don’t trust them at all. What is going on with this place?

Under staffed !!!! But the real issue is They quit stocking meds that I have been getting monthly for a couple years. So now when I try to get prescription refilled it takes an additional 2-4 days because they have to order it

I LOVE CVS! The store I went to had a lipstick and color that I have been searching for for almost two years! They also had some other items I usually have to get online. I never even thought to check CVS but I live the store anyway so thought I'd look. OMG they had two of them which I snapped up IMMEDIATELY. Plus, as always, they had some of the newest beauty products which just came out ?. The store was immaculate and the people working there were so nice. I've been a loyal customer for MANY years and always will be. I HAVE MY LIPSTICK FINALLY lol. Life is good

Although a few can be absentminded, most of the staff are nice but the pharmacist women seem disorganized and indifferent. She told me to come in at a certain time only to act like she didn’t remember speaking to me , so l had to wait ANOTHER hour for overpriced medication that I realized later I didn’t even needed to pay for.

Went to pick up medication , girl at the pharmacy took her time in helping me. Then takes my medication gives it to someone else and walks away. Bad attitude. Likes to mumble under her breath. Good job.

This place sucks, the guy working at the pharmacy is mean and rude. They also spelt my daughter’s name wrong which is not okay and then tell my husband they don’t have the medication ready. To say we are pissed is an understatement. Will be switching pharmacies, don’t waste your time here.

This store is HORRIBLE! They set their own hours and randomly close unexpectedly. Lately they're out of stock of many prescriptions and I have to wait for them to be ordered. The staff is either poorly trained or told to lie because you will get a different answer to the same question and that's IF they answer the phone. I moved my prescriptions. Not worth the aggravation.

Poor customer service in the pharmacy.Was put on hold for 18 minutes.I needed to get my son’s prescription transferred from Walgreens.I was told by the pharmacy technician Nadia that she can’t promise me it would be ready .When I told her if they answered the phone instead of leaving it on hold (always leave on hold ) she told me that wasn’t up for debate .If you don’t like dealing with customers then don’t have a job when you have to have customer service. This is a sad excuse I hope they do know there are many other pharmacies to go to . We as customers like to go to the one nearest to our houses .
