Literally the worst pharmacy, never filled my prescriptions on time because they had other priority meds according to the tech, I guess my heart medication isn’t a “priority” expect to wait 20+ mins in line and your prescriptions to never be ready on time!

Go to get a prescription went up to let them know I was wanting to wait for it means it's a hour ride back to we're I live. Well wait then a young lady asks me my bday so I walk up to counter instead of yelling it out so everyone can hear me fidgured she needed more information means she was talking to me well (carlie) then another rude woman wearing purple shirt big girl curley hair basically tells me gtfow!!! Well sorry for u being rude to a customer!! But ur other employee was talking to me then they call my name she basically throws my medicine at me! Are u kidding me!!! That is not treating your customers right!! Or with respect!! Will be calling corporate!!

To sum it up customer service sucks here rude young girl (Nicole) doesn’t want to help has attitude. No customer service skills what so ever! If you don’t like your job and don’t want to help customers then stay at home! Or get a job where there’s no people to help.

I am a customer of this store for two consecutive years. I am an impulsive CV buyer and I had a problem with my account. I went to get help to see what was happening. Before, I found other kind guys, but this time I found a very bitter lady who didn't want to help us. Too bad you have people like that serving customers.

Keep going because of the convenience of the location, however the worst pharmacy ever. Dr sends prescription and 3 days to get it right. after being told the day before by the pharmacist it could be ready in 20 minutes, decided to wait til next day, went back to pick up and was told no prescription was ready or in process. Even though you could see in my doctor's portal the prescription had been sent. My doctor called herself to speak to the pharmacist and resent, again had to call and push to get filled, by that time late in the day waited another day and then pharmacist calls out sick and closes down the pharmacy. Seriously disgusting. Apologies don't get you the medication you need. These workers don't care about you or your health issues. Unreliable pharmacy if you need your prescriptions reliably filled reconsider using this pharmacy.

I went to pick up prescriptions at 3:00 this afternoon at this CVS. The paper sign outside said ‘the pharmacy is closed today due to staffing issues’. Some people NEED to get their medicine today. The local medical community should be notified NOT to send prescriptions here as their ‘staffing issues’ may prevent their patients from getting them. Last month, the same store had a sign saying their drive up was closed because their ‘computer crashed’. It was closed for several days and disabled vets like me had to hobble in the store because they took days to fix the computer. This store needs new management and customer care badly!!
