Customer service is a first impression in any business. I call to make an appointment with Diane. Older gentleman with a stronger accent answered the phone. he was harder to understand and extremely rude to me from the first impression. I had to defend myself in a way because he was blaming me for not “ answering my questions” I’m not going to put details but He popped attitude from the start of the phone call. I followed through with making an apt but I thought about it and he made me uncomfortable. I used to go here. I’m not gonna be talked to like this and get attitude with him back and then walk in to get a full set of nails done?? awkward.. 😬 Diane barely talks to me but she does amazing work. I don’t trust them like that.. to go back

Terrible and expensive too. Came here midweek and got the worst nail job I ever have across the country. I asked to have my nails DIPPED. What I got was nubby, uneven, thin, bumpy nails. My granddaughter’s nails were also bumpy and uneven and super thick. They even tried to “patch” one of my nails with pieces of paper towel and then polish over it!! We wound up paying $150 for her french tips and my dip. Their color choices were awful too. I eventually just told the lady to cut mine down instead of “patching” them and let me leave. It took way longer than necessary for both of our sets!

I just had a pedicure today for the 1st time in over a year. They do a beautiful manicure. Then they make sure I get to my car safely.

I walked in for a pedicure and I want to say it was the best one I had in a while. Tiffany took her time and my toes look beautiful, she also gave me a gel manicure and that looks just as good! Thank you!

Won't be back.
First, a pedicure (one step above basic) + soak off was $103. I'm mad I tipped before realizing the quality.
My toenail polish is bubbling. I didn't have time to go back the next day when I noticed and now the layers are peeling, exposing uncured gel. I get acrylic on the big toes and it's placed fairly thick which is causing pain/irritation to my toe, specifically when wearing sneakers or if the toe is touching anything (ie, laying under the comforter). I also had a couple that were filed crooked which is odd considering my toenails are little so you have to TRY to make it crooked.
I didn't realize until the next day but the soak off wasn't fully completed. She left a layer on the nail, I'm assuming thinking id want it? But I do my own nails and had to complete the removal to finish. I wouldn't have paid if I wanted to do it myself.

Now I know why I never went back to this place from 5 years ago. I walk in and they seem so cold and not looking like they want to work. The guy I had kept huffing and puffing seem really annoyed. Then as I watched him do my nails it was really thin and asked for more because I’m used to my nails lasting 3/4 weeks. He again huffed… I don’t know how this place got 4.5 stars. Never again and I will make sure to stick with my nail salon. Never felt so unwelcome in a nail salon. I said I wanted my nails squared several times he still rounded the corners after saying yes he knows. Maybe he doesn’t want to work??

I have been going here for years and have always gotten the same amazing results. I love the staff and my nails and feet always feel and look so amazing after I leave and they last forever.

Diane and her husband Polo are the best people ever. Not only are they amazing at doing nails but they always put a smile on my face. Polo always makes me laugh and Diane is always helpful when I need something even when it's not about nails. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. So if you need your nails, toes, eyebrow, lashes and lot more done I would 100% recommend them!!

I went to another nail salon to get my nails done and they did a horrible job. I came to Diane nails and omggg they have an amazing nail technician Long took care of me and gave me such an excellent service. But he did above and beyond to fix my previous nails to transform them into what I call art work. I totally recommend to book your next appointment with Long not only will you be walking out with beautiful nails but you will be having an amazing time with him. Totally worth your penny!

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a nail salon. I go to the nail technician and sit down. I immediately show her on my phone a picture of what I would like my nails to look like. I ask her if she can do it and she responds in the affirmative. She begins to work on my nails. After filing my nails all the way down, she proceeds to tell me that the nail shop doesn’t have the same color of pink. I asked why she didn’t say anything before she touched my nails. I said at this point please just take the pink off my other nails so it matches. I asked the nail tech 3 times if she knew how to do ombré. Guess what? She didn’t. She ruined three of my nails. There’s so much more to this story. Basically two nail techs lied just to make a dollar and ruined my nails. In addition to the terrible experience, please know their products stink. This means it’s old. Catherine and the owner should not be doing nails. Then she had the audacity to try and charge me full price. Ma’am, you burnt my nail, you filed my finger with the drill, you messed up three nails and you continuously lied. I kid you not this place needs to cycle to another owner. Anyway, go some where else. Look at the photo. What the heck is that? Pardon my language. I’m still fuming from the incident.

Diane is seriously the nail master! I’ve been going to her for 14 years and when you find someone that good, you don’t go anywhere else! I highly recommend her, and everyone at the Salon is like family!
