I had an excellent experience dealing with DOC Auto from the beginning until my car repairs were ultimately made. They are honest, professional, and very skilled mechanics. It's hard to find a mechanic you can truly trust, but DOC Auto went above and beyond. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an honest and highly qualified mechanic and going forward I don't plan on using any other mechanic but Doc Auto!

Originally took my vehicle here in December of 2024 to have some work done after my car broke down. October of 2025 took it back to them, for the same issue. Some of the work needing to be done was covered by their warranty, which was great, however they wanted $2000 to complete some more work to fix the issue. I told them to do the warranty work and we would get another mechanic to do the other work needing to be done, not understanding why it wasn’t done the first time to prevent the issue from happening again. They then told me my warranty with them wouldn’t be valid anymore if I had someone else do the other work on my car, stating they had to undo all of the work they just did to get to the valve. It took my new mechanic all of 10 minutes to replace what they said needed replaced and he didn’t touch or come close to touching any of the work they had done. It took them from Friday the 10th to Wednesday the 22nd to replace an alternator and some valves. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

The service was AWESOME!!! The staff at DOC AUTO are first class!!! We traveled from out of town so my husband and I were even more impressed with how they didn’t mind that we were just a little late. They were very knowledgeable and very informative!!! I must not forget about being very nice and pleasant.

Timing belt ... not cheap, but their estimate was over $1,000 dollars over other auto repair shops! ! ! !? What is going on? They hung up on me when I wanted details. They offered a 1 million mile warranty like my car will go on forever.
STAY AWAY !

Amazing place! Brought my car in for an alignment and Matt the technician did an amazing job in such a timely manner! And the man jack behind the counter was as helpful as ever getting me an appointment to get my wife's car inspected and answering any questions I had! I HIGHLY recommend this place!!

I have been bringing my car here for the past year, they have overpriced every repair done to the car, they always use the labor as an excuse. In total I have spent over 7k dollars with them for the car to have the same issues. Do not go to this place.

dudes overcharge for work they end up not even doing, paid 5k for an s10 overhaul and come to find out they really didn’t do anything at all. Same for a cadillac ATS, it got so bad we had to sell the cadillac bc Doc Auto kept misdiagnosing it and not repairing anything. Go anywhere but here i promise your money will be better spent

Told me I could get my emission inspected and come the day after. Called him on my way there, told me he couldn’t anymore. Made me drive all the way to NOVA when all they had to do is spend 15 mins inspecting my emission. That stuff is so fast, wouldn’t even let me book an appointment. Would have just gone there for all my auto needs if they pulled through too.

Jack was great! Got my emissions test done on a Saturday, was in and out painlessly. I waited in their waiting area, got some snacks and drinks and watched some tv. I got to hear and see how busy this place gets, and how professionally and efficiently they run it. The phone was ringing constantly, but someone always answered it promptly. One of their other employees got a customer a chair so they could wait more comfortably in the waiting room. It was great. They’ll take care of you here.
