One star for the gentleman that tried to get someone to ring me up. But other then that the service is NOT it. As soon as the pair of shoes was brought out the two ladies at the register walked away right to the back. Waiting over 15 mins to pay for the shoes. The young man apologized and said the managers in the back will be right over. You can clearly see them standing around in a room in the back. After waiting around we just left. Yall need to get it together because this is the second time we have been in here and the service it terrible. Stanky attitudes are not it.

Brand New store! Same customer service!I have seen horrible customer service in this store but today it was over the top so much so it deserved a Google review.I went up to the counter and not one but 3 sale people saw me holding a shoe and ready to check out. All of them just walked right by me! One sales person came behind the counter and turned her back and started reading some papers. Needless to say they lost a sale today! I will NEVER shop in this location again!

Got a pair of shoes from DTLR for someone for Christmas didn’t realize one was a 12 and one shoe was an 11 SAME RIGHT FOOT. And box was busted. No worries go to take it back to the store tell the girl at the front what happened ok sends someone back I have waited over an HOUR for them to find the right foot. No apologizes and the workers just stood around. This was horrible and I probably will never come back to this place again

One of the worst DTLR I have ever been to , walking into the store no one asked me if I needed help but instead they had me ask me if I was a reseller and my reply was no and I was just shopping for a holiday gift . I than asked an employee for a shoe that was on the wall that was marked on sale and a women pair of shoes that was normal price and the employee told me we can’t find the shoe in the back and the lack of customer service is very poorly here . I don’t look forward to come back to this location ever again . ( don’t waste your time here )

I usually feel comfortable going to dtlr, me and my family always have a good experience but not today. The cashier was very unfriendly and displayed no customer support or service. When I walked in there was a gentleman who greeted me and my son very nicely as he continued to do his work. There was a young lady at the register who was unoccupied so I asked if she could get me one style of shoe in two different sizes. She sucked her teeth and grabbed the shoe from the shelf and said here is an 11 that's what you aked for right. Not wanting any confrontation I accepted the shoe tried it on my son it fit so we went to the register.when we got to the register we were standing for approximately 2 minutes. As she boxed the display shoe she texted on her phone giving no explanation of why we were waiting. The young man than proceeded to come out of the back with the other pair of shoes she rang them up didn't give a total she said you can slide your card I replied ok 215.00 she says yeah I paid she didn't give me a receipt or send me an email or anything. I will not be returning back to that store until they create better staff equity.

Apparently this store has something against the disabled. I had asked one of the workers if I could Tryon two pairs of shoes and two different sizes because I have a prosthetic leg. I needed to try both of them on. The employee tells me that it’s STORE policy that I can only try on once you and they would give me the shoe for my left foot, I told the employee that makes no sense because my right leg is the one with a prosthetic. She laughs as she corrects her mistake and said she would give me the one for the right foot. I told her I need to try both sizes because sometimes my prosthetic foot is a different size and she told me that it’s STORE policy that I can only try on 1 foot. I have contacted customer service and have yet to hear back as they have sent this to the district manager so the district manager here is an absolute joke and does not care. I will be contacting ADA I was humiliated

This is a great shoe store. I tried everywhere to find my shoes manassas Mal never has anything. DTLR had the shoe and my size.

Nice store, just to pricey. Your selling shoes, at $170 and up. Ridiculous!!Everything to expensive. Store is nice, so you're paying for the atmosphere.

1 star for the employees and their lack of customer service. Today I had a pick up order and the lady who handed me my order was so rude. She was rude to her co worker as well who was looking up my order. She then said "here" and shoved my package on the counter. Nothing else was said from her. I definitely think they need to confront the issue of their customer service skills.
