Worst place I have come across. If I could give negative stars I would. It first started with picking the car up. The staff lady was more interested in getting to know the black man behind us instead of helping the wife and I so much so I had to say something 3 different times. Second was the car. They knew we rented in VA and driving to FL we came up to house hunt. The car actually had pieces from the underside falling off and going under the tires as we drove it down 301. Roadside told us we would have to Uber to Regan airport which was a hour and half away. On our dime no less told them no. They said they would transfer me to customer service which never happened. I had to call myself they told me they would take care of me. Then I was told to take it to the Warrenton road location since I was .6 miles from. They refused to help me told me I need to take my ass to the original location. So we drove the pos to Fl. I was told the district and store manger would call me with in 20 minutes it's been 3 days I have left 5-6 messages still nothing won't return my call or help. So I have started a BBB claim against the company. Since I have video and pictures of the car and all the warning lights on when given to us. And a 22 minute video of the Palm Bay location talking trash about how the Fredericksburg location should have never let that car out and it's unsafe to drive. Any lawyers what an east case since no even the ceo will reach out to me.

Car has been dirty every time I pick up and they change the rules on payment every week, it seems. Customer service is there, but definitely could be better on having the car ready at pickup and not continuously changing policies based on who is in office that week.

I recently rented a car with them. I paid $100 as a deposit, and they only returned $12 after I returned the rental car. When I called them to ask what was going on, she started to make an excuse first, then mentioned she would give me a callback but she never did.I am very unhappy with the experience and will not suggest this place to anyone.

The people were great! They were very respectful and didn't hesitate when I had questions! Will definitely use Enterprise again, in fact I don't think I've ever used a different car rental agency, it's always been Enterprise!

Short wait time and great staff. There was plenty of staff on duty so everything was seamless. I booked with them thinking I could be picked up but I'm two miles outside of their five mile radius. Bummer! Their pricing was lower than competitors for this reservation so it worked out.

The staff here is amazing. Very friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help. I had preferences for my vehicle and they worked with me to find the right fit within the class I wanted to rent.They also explained everything to me and helped me get to know the vehicles.Keep up the great work!

Service is easy to use. Pick-up/ drop-off is not as readily available as it used to be in years past but staff was friendly. I left my neck pillow in the car and they were able to ensure I got it back. Much appreciated! Enterprise is the way to go!

Excellent experience overall while my own car was in the shop for repairs.Enterprise put me in a Nissan Pathfinder which I suspect was done as an "upgrade" but was terrible as I'm used to driving a car, not a tank. Not to mention getting only 24 mpg.I swapped to a Hyundai Sonata without any trouble.My only complaints:There are no electric vehicle options.Rent vehicles with full fuel tanks. The Pathfinder had a quarter tank when I got it.The interiors of both the Pathfinder and Sonata were a little dirty. They seemed to be quickly cleaned between customers but the windshields were dirty and smeared on the inside. Both cars smelled strongly of perfume as though prior drivers wore a lot, or applied it in the vehicles.Being able to leave the rental at Huber Collision center is an appreciated convenience.
