I rented a vehicle from Enterprise while my vehicle was being repaired. I was not asked what type of vehicle I wanted nor was I informed at the time of rental that I could not transport my dog in the vehicle. I was also not informed that my insurance company would cover the cost of the insurance. The repair was supposed to take three weeks and eventually took two months. I blew through my insurance policy rental allowance in three weeks primarily because it was an expensive rental. Fortunately I had the forethought to ask about the insurance early and canceled it - but only after visiting an enterprise location. I also asked for a less expensive rental multiple times and was told none was available. This forced a complicated, stressful and lengthy negotiation with the collision repair center to cover most of the excess rental. The final total rental bill was over $2,000. Upon returning the vehicle, Enterprise informed me that they would charge me $75 to clean the pet hair in the back seat. My normal commercial car wash gets rid of the pet hair for $16 and if I had been told ahead of time I was not allowed pets or of the charge, I would not have put the dog in the car or would have made sure the car was clean before I returned it. I ended up paying $50 which was excessive. Again, the final rental bill was over $2,000 and for that money they could have cleaned the car. (Btw, I do not smoke so there was no odor in the car, just pet hair in the back seat.). I will not use enterprise again.

Be mindful of who drives your vans and represents the "Enterprise" name:our street receives packages via an Enterprise van and FLIES- SPEEDS-in other words- GOES TOO FAST down our street; well over the 25mph. We have 9+ kids who actively play in our yards and on their bikes on these shared side streets. In a proactive effort, we have a "slow-children at play" yellow-guy to let speedier drivers know to be cautious. On Saturday an Enterprise driver flagged down 3 of us adults who were watching about 8 kids playing basketball in a driveway to tell us to move our "slow-children" sign. He said it was in his way and he needed to go. This is unacceptable.

Austin was amazing went above and beyond to assist me even though I did not rent from his location. This was the 4th location I called in the area and no one offered this extra assistance that he offered. I was looking to rent a particular model.

it's crazy that I rented a car, had to wait 20 minutes for nobody to pick me up. Finally, they sent an Uber car to get me. then when I went in to secure my car I was told that they didn't take debit cards without three references. So they wanted the names and addresses and phone numbers of personal references. when I refused to give them that information because I would never give away someone else's data, they would not rent me the car.
