Express Auto is the best place in F'burg. I've been relying on them for over 10 years.
I highly recommend them for the best 5 reasons: 1) Courtesy personnel took time to listen to my needs. 2) Their price were always very reasonable. 3) Professional and on time repair service. 4) 1st come 1st serve oil change. 5) State inspection. Thank you!

I’m from out of town but was driving through Fredericksburg when my car alerted me that my oil level was dangerously low. Express Auto Service was closest, so I pulled in there. One of the mechanics stopped what he was doing to help me right away, and the owner refused to charge me for the quart of oil they put in. This is the kind of outstanding customer service that you rarely see anymore. I’m so lucky I found them!

My first time visit was pleasant, Mark was friendly, informative about how long the process would take and very helpful with all the questions asked. He also did a last minute windshield wiper change at my last minute request.

Great experience. They were the only shop in town able to get my inspection and oil change completed in under an hour. Everywhere else promised two hours or more. I randomly stopped in and was immediately impressed with their customer service, their waiting area was nice with lots of amenities.
