Today I was in a hurry to find a storage unit. I had one reserved at another place, but when I went there… what a nightmare! I showed up in a good mood, but the lady had an attitude, the place was messy, and I didn’t feel safe leaving my expensive things there. My fiancé and I politely cancelled and I hopped on Maps to find somewhere else. We needed one ASAP since I’m moving later this month!
I found this place, skimmed the website, and told him, “Let’s go — it’s close.” We got here and were immediately greeted by Dina! She was so friendly and upbeat, she completely turned my mood around. She offered us a tour, helped us figure out which unit was best, and got us set up in no time.
Yes, the other place was cheaper… but you get what you pay for. I believe in quality over quantity, and this place delivered. I’ll be renting for a long time, so I’m glad I found somewhere I actually feel comfortable with — plus, climate control! Dina made everything quick, easy, and stress-free. If you need a storage unit, just come here.
