My experience with Prime Storage was an absolute nightmare from day one. I’d leave a longer review, but the time I’ve had to spend on all of the issues with them has been draining. Very poorly run in the management side. Glad it’s over.

My initial review was that staff went above and beyond to help while on-site. Facilities were clean and modern. Prices were reasonable at the time.
After having my monthly rate increase from $193 to $236 after a few months of leasing, I was pretty upset and emailed them to let them know. I received a call from a nice woman who helped answer my questions and even dropped the total rate increase to $210. She said that the rate increase typically happens 2-3 months after someone starts a lease, which I don’t think is right, but the rate increase won’t happen again for another year, which I do think is right. I asked if my total monthly cost would ever go down, and she said no…they only ever go up. So it’s funny that they say they “fluctuate” based on current market conditions, but they only seem to fluctuate UP! I’m not happy with how this business handles their pricing, but at least I was able to reduce how much it hurt 🤷🏻♂️
Someone said that storage businesses like this are predatory, and I would agree. They lure you in with low prices and then because you signed a contract that says they can up their prices at any point for any reason, that’s what they do…for any reason.
I will never do business with any storage place ever again…especially prime storage.

Sean was very accommodating and made good recommendations to rent a second storage unit. He also assisted us with recommending to provide copy of home insurance for a discount. We are happy with Sean position of site manager.
