Mr. Wayne Saunders has moved and changed his company name to Auto Interior and Top. Now working out of a storage unit at Extra Space Storage, 10976 Patriot Hwy, Fredericksburg, VA 22408. Storage Unit D2. The gate is open 9-7 daily. Information is for anyone looking to get monies refunded that Mr. Saunders has taken with no work performed.
I had to put a deposit of $300 for a dash cover on my wife's 2006 Lexus before COVID-19 hit. Since then I have had numerous excuses. His daughter-in-law died (twice), of shipping issues due to COVID-19 and recently in the hospital with Diverticulitis. He was scheduled to come to my location twice and never showed. Just wanted to share so others would know how Mr. Saunders works his business. Best to not give him your credit card number. I got nothing for doing so. Now he blocks my number and never returns calls. Am pursuing further action to collect the monies due me.

Fabrion was able to repair damage to my leather door. Compliments of my bulldog... who apparently was bored on a road trip and opted to take the imitative to resolve the aforementioned boredom by chewing on the door WHILE I WAS DRIVING. Not sure I recommend a bulldog for the faint of heart, but I do HIGHLY recommend Fabrion. They took a mangled door and made it look brand new. :)

How can I get in touch? I had them do some excellent work on one of my trucks. I need to get more done on another one of my trucks but the building they were in is closed and being repainted by the landlord. I asked the painter where they moved to and he said he had no idea. Can anyone help with where they are now? shut down?

Ordered a replacement top for our convertible. Paid 1/2 down deposit. Waited for months only to be told supply change issues were causing a delay. Spoke to Wayne several times and always got the run around. Asked for a refund and no answer. He just stopped returning calls. Only alternative will be to take it to court. Will never use or recommend his services again. Still no top or update. Its been well over a year.Service: Upholstery repair

Hands down the best experience ever! Wayne quoted me a price and time of when it would be ready. I told him I needed a quick turnaround due to traveling out of town. Let me tell you ....HE DELIVERED ON TIME! My truck looks amazing! I will definitely be bringing my truck back to get the doors done!

I'm telling you not to take your vehicle there unless you want to wait a gery long time to get it back. I'm not talking about waiting a few weeks. I have been waiting on my vehicle for many many months to be completed.

I took both of my parents suv and truck to have the headliners replaced. On my mom suv they broke the passenger visor. After several calls about a replacement they keep saying I'm gonna have to call supplier to find out what's going on. To no avail they don't keep you updated. You have to call every time. This has been going on for almost 3 months. Then I had to go get passenger visor which took all of 1 hour. They kept giving us the runaround.Then I took my dads truck to have headliner and visors done. First off they broke the inside light that comes on when you open the door and also the drivers visor mirror and didn't tell us anything about them being broke. So yourself a favor and spend your money else where.

Did fantastic work cleaning the interior of my wife's car. The seats were so badly stained we looked at getting seat covers. Took longer then I expected but the seats look like new. Would highly recommend them.
