Went in and got chicken from Fas Mart. Chicken, fries and peach cobbler. Came down to be $30+. When we came home to eat, the fries were dry and flavorless, and the chicken was dryer than the Sierra Desert, and didn’t taste good either. The man told us that the chicken had been out for about an hour and when asked when he would be dropping another batch, he told us he wouldn’t and that this was all that he got. Don’t waste your money on their food there.

Walked in to work through the shift smart app, and before I could even clock in an employee starts complaining to another employee how us damn shift smart people are taking their hours and ought to be paying her bills. I politely said I’m not here to take your hours I’m here to help and she said we don’t need help. By the looks of the store they definitely need help but I walked out. No need for the employees to be that rude!!!

I have lived locally to this store for about 3 years now and the staff along with the ambiance is fantastic. There is a saying amongst us gas-stationers; treat your local gas station well. I used to frequent this gas station more often when I had a nicotine habit, that influenced me to go there every day.My wife and I regularly get their fantastically fried chicken (their fried catfish is my absolute favorite). Their deals on catering and a lunch tray are very affordable. The kitchen staff and store staff are amazing. They are incredibly polite and if you treat them well they always look out for you. This review is a reminder to be polite to retail and customer service staff. They are part of the backbone of our economy. Because guess what; you always need gas and convenience.

Food was ice cold and attendant outside was yelling at customers. Attendants at counter were friendly.

Stopped in to grab some of the chicken tenders for lunch. Usually get them from a different fasmart but this one was along the way. I got the 4 peice tender meal. The tenders were so dry, and stale I took one bite was done. The potato wedges were soggy from being left in the heating box. I wouldn't be surprised if the wedges and tenders had been sitting there for more than a few hours. The guy also forgot the rolls that come with the meal.

Bad service, the guy that serves chicken, has a bad attitude, like he doesn't want to work there, like he is doing a tremendous favor to the customers. I will try to avoid this place.

Whenever I got a money order here a fake cop would come buy and flip out their badge and tell them to give them the information from the order. They'd use it to withdraw the money.

This is a general public service share... although the Covid-19 cases may be low here in Fredericksburg, it's important to use safety measures so they stay that way! I was shocked to see that employees and most customers walking into the convenient store area do not wear masks. I chose not to go in; I am an elementary school teacher, and unfortunately know that this virus has touched many students' family's lives - both children AND adults. I do not like the idea of more young children losing a parent so please, please take the recommended precautions. And if you work with the public, like cashiers do, your ability to spread this virus is tenfold.
