When your delivery drivers are too lazy to deliver your package to the door they leave it in your drive way to be run over.

FedEx is the absolute worst delivery service I've ever used. Never on time, never place packages in from of the doorbell camera. Just terrible

The local Stafford ground delivery service is unable to tell the difference between our street name and a somewhat similar street name about five miles away. Four of four deliveries to the house were mis-delivered and of course, not retrievable. I can't figure out why UPS, Amazon and the USPS can deliver here, but FedEx cannot. I ask shippers now, not to use FedEx ground or I won't buy from them. Never had this problem until I moved to Stafford. The local folks are nice enough on the phone, as were the drivers when I flagged them down to try to find my packages, but they have to get their act together. Apologies don't help.
