Jordan made my experience a very prompt, easy and pleasant one on 5/31/25 at 2:55 PM. He was so kind and walked me through the necessary steps for mailing my package. I was clueless and he immediately provided assistance while he was assisting the lady ahead of me. We were both very impressed with the excellent customer service Jordan provided. In such a crazy world, it was a true treat to interact with someone who reflects real customer service!! This gentleman is an asset!!

I felt compelled to write a review because every time I visit this FedEx, everyone is super helpful and friendly. Specifically Marshall, who has helped me a few times. He just does everything for me - between printing labels, packing up my returns for me...makes it so easy and is always a pleasant experience! Thank you Marshall!

I shipped something highly valuable and Marshall packed and let me inspect it before sealing it up. He was very accommodating and Fed Ex should be happy they have him. Give him a raise, he's worth keeping!

I frequent this location for getting blue prints printed out. Valerie is awesome to work with, can not beat her as far as customer service goes. Anywhere else I go seems to have issues working the larger printers.

The manager was very rude and disrespectful. She didn't help me with the copy machine and watched me copy my document upside down and didn't help me with the refund. Very rude and disrespectful 2/26 was the date. Very unprofessional and rude. I recommend not to go back.

I came in unsure of how to return an item to a company I ordered from. The employees were all very kind to me the lady who assisted me was patient explained everything to me and never acted annoyed with my questions.

Every time my husband and I go in the ladies are always so helpful and cheerful. This last trip they had it more tough, because the air conditioning is out for a week or two in this 90° heat and they still pushed through. This location is awesome... love to do all my shipping and receiving with this location.

The Manager, Jamie is an awesome person because she is kind, happy, and always so helpful. She is fast and proficient at manipulating printing to get just the right page layouts. The entire team there reflect that same excellence.
They have that same professional knowledge with shipping and packaging. They packed and shipped an expensive guitar to my Grandson in the Navy stationed in New Orleans. Arrived quickly in perfect condition to his playing delight. You all made a sailor and a proud Grandpa so happy.

This woman who works there always mistreat and embaress me and refuses to help just to insult me. And if I ask her for her, she shows attitude that she is angry or something.
