If I could leave a negative star I would. I have a customer who has not gotten her packages twice. There is not one darn person who actually will fix whatever this driver is doing. They tell me to call the company I am a consultant for. This doesn't correct the problem. Whoever the driver is continues to leave her packages at the wrong address.

My driver failed to deliver a package due to road construction, but the contents needed to be refrigerated as soon as possible. I went to this location and the gentleman at the customer desk was extremely helpful, found my package, and gave me local contact info so I wouldn’t need to deal with the generic FedEx line.

Just met one of the rudest women I have ever encountered. Everything she said was condescending and just plain rude. Never got her name but she sits in the entry room right in front of customer pick up. I hope to never have to pick up a package from this location again due to this women's attitude.

Sometimes they deliver to the right address. They also turn off GPS when they know they are being pinged (when you click to see their location). The map shows up the first couple of tries, then it's conveniently not available...

Waited nearly 2 months for a package from overseas and when it’s finally delivered I check the picture and it’s not even my house it’s been delivered to. I call FEDEX and of course get someone who doesn’t even live in this country on the line. They told me I need to contact the company I ordered the package from. The worst part is I even drove around my neighborhood to match the picture to a house and the house my package was delivered to isn’t even in my neighborhood. I caught the mistake early and if I actually got a real person on the line who actually lived in this country to help me maybe FEDEX could have fixed their mistake.

Payed 135$ for overnight shipping of a live animal, the package was immediately delayed after shipping, and then delayed again the following day, making it 2 days late. I understand that delays happen, but this is not a pair of shoes or a purse. FedEx seems to have no extra care involved with shipping animals, when they clearly know they are delivering something with a life that is on the line. Calling is no use! You’ll be transferred to an office based outside the US and the people barely speak English or care what you’re calling about. They simply inform you there’s nothing they can do, and they don’t know where your shipment is. Then they say they’re going to have you an update emailed, when you already have a tracking number to keep an eye on. So basically you get no update, you just go back to square one having a delayed package and no idea when it will actually arrive. Very dissapointed and I don’t think FedEx is a good choice if you have important shipments. Their only priority is taking extra money from you. The fact that you can’t talk to a human at your local branch on the phone is ridiculous.

I have never been so frustrated with a delivery service. My dog is on prescription food that I have to get through Chewy and it's delivered by FedEx. I ordered his food on a Monday and it was picked up by the carrier (FedEx) same day. On Wednesday they said my package was out for delivery, but they couldn't deliver it. On Thursday they said my package was out for delivery, but they couldn't deliver because of weather (it wasn't even raining). On Friday they said it was out for delivery and shocker...they couldn't deliver it. On Saturday I called customer service, who contacted the driver to tell him/her that this package had to be delivered that day before 5pm. My dog had 1 days worth of food left by the time they finally decided to deliver my package. I shouldn't have to call customer service to get a delivery drive to deliver a package. And his food shouldn't have sat on a truck for 4 DAYS!
This isn't an isolated incident, it always takes multiple days to make deliveries. Every time the FedEx driver shows up to my house, it's almost 10pm and they say no one is there to deliver the package to. Maybe try not showing up at 10pm, just a thought.

horrible hire anybody for drivers they are reckless !!!!! Throw packages anywhere this worse FedEx I ever dealt with intentionally threw my package at wrong house posted a blurry picture because he knew he was wrong I’ll never use fed ex as my carrier service !

Second delivery with the box essentially open, the first one looked even worse and had to get a new set sent since the first one was broke….the Stafford/Fredricksburg FedEx is the worst delivery option I have ever seen

My Mongoose Fat Tire Toy bike in the package ? was mishandled and delivered to Lowe's 4 a signature. I question the alteration of the delivery address. However, I don't like FALSE Emails about getting my item when I didn't, that is just as bad as FRAUD. I am pretty Ticked Off from FedEx Ground because some of those people should be FIRED for Delivery Failures.

Deserves 0 stars. How does your shipping address just say city, state zip code and you still deliver the package. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. No one called or tried to verify the address just dropped the package at a random house. Will request companies to never send anything to my house from this FedEx site. Driver should be evaluated and reprimanded for such poor customer service. Doesn't show the house number it was delivered to. Absolutely crazy. Just picked a random house. I just don't understand.

They deserve zero stars, miscommunication is really high here. It’s being delivered, it’s not being delivered… you won’t know because no information is relayed to recipient unless you babysit. By looking at the reviews, you can tell this place needs to be looked at.
