Simply rude! No apology for be rude. Skipping over me as a customer. Didn’t find my job I emailed and after 3 people and condescending responses I left without my print job.
One actually told me…. He’s only one person but never even went to the computer to check their inbox!

I’m from California, and my experience with FedEx is that the employees act like they’re doing you a favor to help you. The team at this store absolutely reversed my opinion. The employees go above and beyond and are all about efficiency and cheerfulness. Who could ask for more than that?

FedEx just refused to ship a pair of kizik shoes using the box they were shipped to my house in because they “dont typically ship in shoe boxes.” The box in question was not a shoe box like you would get shoes in from a store but was instead a heavy shipping box that the company used to ship them to my house and USPS didn’t seem to understand it either. I would seriously recommend shipping elsewhere rather than letting FedEx charge you an excessive fee to rebox your package for what was no apparent reason.
