Horrible customer service, went in and bought a pair of shoes and they literally put 2 different sizes in the box, a 5 year old could’ve done a better job.

Left not liking the store and I actually wish that I hadn’t bought anything. My son was looking for shoes. With two young men standing in the front when we walked in, someone should have greeted us, or offered to help. We left and priced shoes at another place, and returned, same two ignored us. After purchasing shoes, and halfway out the door, one of them says, “have a good day” So Now you can see us?? Associates gave a snobby, think they’re too cool to greet Every customer vibe.

This location at Spotsylvania Town Center, the customer service here has just gotten AWFUL. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes on June 20, 2024...I was told 3-4 business days, I would receive the order. I did receive the order until July 13.
When 1 finally received the order, only to find out 1 pair was out of stock...then what I did receive was the wrong SHOE, YES I SAID SHOE, I received 1 SHOE.
I XALLED THE STORE, ONLY TO BE TOLD THE MANAGER WASN'T THERE, BUT I'LL TRY TO HELP YOU.
AFTER EXPLAINING MY ISSUES, THE GENTLEMAN SAID HOLD ON LET ME SPEAK TO MY MANAGER....
IM STILL ON HOLD.....20 MINUTES LATER.
SHUT THE STORE DOWN OR HIRE A WHOLE NEW STAFF AND MANAGER.

We went to go get some shoes and they did not have any sizes of shoes so we had to order them so then the lady at the front desk said that it is very quick delivery and it will be at our house the very next day and it just said on the website that it will arrive in 2 weeks and the experience at the store was not good at all.

This happened today 11/30/23. I didn't buy anything but as soon as I went in I was greeted by a man who was very pleasant. As I looked around at shoes and heard a female worker complaining about something and very loudly dropped the F bomb. Her co-workers (3 others), who noticed I was with my 2 year old and that there were other customers looking at her, gently and comically reminded her that that wasn't using " customer friendly language. " she grumbled something and then stated J**** Christ I feel like I'm working with children!" Then I chose to leave the store. I'm not saying that people can't have fun or be silly at work but have the decency to know that you're still actually working.

Had a great shopping experience today, I needed help with an exchange and Roland was able to assist me. He was well mannered, professional, kind when helping me. He knew what he was doing and managed well what I was asking for. I believe he is a great asset to this company.

I went on ocrober 113th. They told me they don't sell men's size 7 but the last time I went they were out of that size for a shoe I wanted so they offered me a different men's 7 similar shoe. When I said okay that's fine the employee finished it off by saying you should just shop in the kids section it'll be cheaper anyways. So I feel lied to and insulted. THANKS JD'S
