Really impressed by Lola’s customer service and Jose’s technical expertise. I really enjoyed leaving my car here for a general inspection and having any issues reported to me in way I understood it (I’m not technically savvy when it comes to cars!) I highly recommend this location- it also helps that there is a Starbucks right across for anyone looking to work while waiting.

This woman named Lola was a person sent from the man above!!! She took my daughter in off the street with a flat she had no appointment and they were at closing time. She got my daughter in there and got a new tire. Lola certainly restored my faith in humanity. I thank you so very much again Lola!

They took my car back quickly and it was a Saturday! Found the issue and repaired it, it wasn’t that expensive and I got to use a coupon. Everyone is very nice at the store.

Needed four tires alignment had a specific time I needed to get on the road to travel for 4 hours they got all the jobs done before the time I even needed to get on the road I think everyone at this Firestone job well done Thanks

Don’t bother making an appointment in the evening. Even if they have the appointment listed on their website, they’ll call you and try to guilt you into canceling or rescheduling.

So I had no issues at all with staff my problem is you guys installed rear and front shocks on my car 4 years ago the car has 35000 miles from install date and the rear shocks were blown out already not something that is my fault now even though the shocks were covered the alignment was not covered nor the cost to install the items the company that makes those should have been liable for those costs not the person who spent there money in the first place. Manufacturing defects is not the customers fault at the least you guys could have cut down the install cost or did the alignment at no charge due to this being a Manufacturing defect again nothing your staff could do but I am very displeased by this
