They were courteous and the service was so fast that I was out in less than an hour. I did find the pricing to be a bit on the higher end but the experience there with the staff was definitely worth it.

I went for an emissions inspection and unfortunately they were not taking anymore cars. The times for inspection should’ve been clear on the website.

Needed an alignment, all new parts were already installed so adjustment is easy. Only adjusted Toe, steering wheel is still not straight.Only took 40 min. Hope the warranty is good at other firestones.

Brought my car in to the location on Fall Hill for my routine free tire rotation (since I bought my tires from here) and alighnment. After an hour I got a call my car was ready. When I went to pick up my car, I was told neither alignment and rotation was able to be completed because they said my shocks were leaking and that they needed to be replaced. They then gave me recommended work that needed to be done, which would have cost over $400. Since my shocks were replaced a year and 1/2 ago from firestone, I questioned this. I wanted to get a second opinion, so I took my car to another firestone, and they told me nothing was wrong with my shocks. They even took pictures as proof.
I feel like this location was just trying to make money off me. I will never take my car back here again!!

I brought my car in with a chronic error message problem that I’ve been trying to solve for months. I’ve been to the dealership and other repair shops, but no one could find the cause or solution. The team at this Firestone were not only knowledgeable of the problem, but they were able to fix it in under an hour for less than $30. Very thankful I was able to get this issue finally solved!!

My car broke down had it towed to them on Friday night and they had it in the shop and called me about an hour later after I went in and gave them the key to the car and told me what was wrong with it and how much it would it would cost to have it fixed.They have been working on my car for me now for about a year now and I'm very satisfied with their work and prices
