I went to Firestone for a front end alignment for my vehicle 02/18/2024 and deeply regret it now. They severely scratched up all 4 of my custom wheels on my vehicle after having to do the alignment 3 times which still isn't right. The Service Advisor Isaias was supposed to take care of me and replace my wheels and even wrote twice on 2 documents from them that they damaged my wheels and i'm now just getting the run around. He even went on vacation and left me hanging about it and didn't even bother to tell me the status of my wheel situation before he left.My steering wheel is also about 15 degrees off still and is very sad that's the best they could do after doing the alignment 3 times in one day.I also took them all of the information and even the part number and specs for the replacement wheels and just keep being told that he is still researching them for availability when literally every place that sells wheels carries them.Don't ever take your vehicle to Firestone. You will regret it!

Came into town late due to weather and traffic called at 4:15 asked if there was anyway they could squeeze me in before they closed at seven. He said if I got here by five he “should” be able to. Within 15 minutes of my arrival somebody canceled and they were able to take my car in immediately. Awesome customer service!! Tony and his team were very quick and accommodating and made my day much easier, I’m grateful for their quick wit and accommodation!!!

Couldn't believe how fast the service was done. Made an appointment for an oil change and was in and out within 25 minutes. Could've just been luck getting there at the right time, but staff was friendly and efficient, and helpful with other recommendations for service without being pushy. Great job overall.

Best service. Great prices. Tony (manager) is the best. He'll make sure that your satisfied with the work done on your car. Check Firestone's website for coupons before having service done.

I stopped by for a tire sensor light on. Kevin stopped everything that he was doing and helped. Being the first time that I drove the car, he discovered the tires had too much air. He is such a pleasant and hard working young man. I did buy my first set of ties at this location in 1984. Hometown business that I will always patronize. Thank you, Kevin, for helping me.

I had conversations on the phone and in person with several Firestone people. Everyone was friendly and polite. The store manager, Tony, assisted me in getting the needed repairs completed and stay within my budget. The issue I was having with my car was repaired correctly the first time. This is very important to us.

INCOMPETENT. Came for an inspection only to have my personal property (keys on a key ring) removed from my vehicle, without being told. I discovered the missing keys the night after picking up my vehicle. I called and they acknowledged having them and claimed they "called everyone" to find the owner. I went back to pick up my item and asked why it was removed and the explanation was nonsense. First, I was told no keys cld be left in a vehicle so they were removed and placed in their safe. If true, why were these keys not held along with my car key FOB? There's no sign that says all keys must be removed from a vehicle (because, according to the man at the desk, they've had vehicles stolen?). There are thousands of inspection and tire stores in the general area - go someplace else because these people are the absolute worst.

I needed a motor mount. I was told it would cost $461.00 when I got there she came back and said the job will cost $835.00 because the part cost $425.00. she said the one was generic. I called dealerships $188.00 and Parts stores $90.00. I took my truck and left. Got the job done for $290.91. What a ripoff Firestone.

BEWARE!!! Negative stars!!!I had taken my vehicle in to another place for an inspection. My car flunked for three things.I went to a muffler shop for the muffler. They did a beautiful job. Constantly kept me updated and I had my vehicle back within 3 days.A family member recommended that I go to Firestone for the rest of the repairs, so I went to one close by!!To make a long story short, I have been going back and forth with them for about three months. My son in law and I barely got the car to the dealership to get their opinion, and in the dealership's diagnostic, they found serious damage done in the car, which was caused by the "repairs" of Firestone.I have documentation and proof of the damage!I want to know who to contact about this situation, because my car DID NOT have these issues before I took it to Firestone!!!

Negative stars. BEWARE!!! Our car was destroyed. See more reviews like this. Had our car towed to Firestone Complete Auto Care on Fall Hill Ave (Fredericksburg, VA) because the check engine light came on and it was overheating. Per the Firestone technician’s diagnosis, I paid to have the radiator replaced as that is what they claimed caused our issues. When it overheated again, we took it back and they “burped” the radiator and sent us on our way. When it overheated AGAIN, we had it towed to our local dealer who reported catastrophic damage to the engine, the head gasket had blown and the radiator (which was not the problem apparently) was "off-market" and shoddily installed. Our car, which had a resale value in the $7-13,000 range and many more years of use, is now worthless.Following all the difficulties of towing the vehicle and missed work, we made numerous unfruitful attempts to communicate with the Firestone location on Fall Hill Avenue as well as the corporate office to make this right. We filed a claim with the corporate office and were provided a case number and a claims adjuster as contact. After much difficulty attempting to contact the adjuster and subsequently calling their supervisor, I finally heard back via a voicemail that stated that I had at the time of service "refused a pressure check and engine diagnostic test”, which, at NO POINT did I do. I will also note that I was never informed of a need for either by staff at the Fall Hill location. Here are the facts. We had our car towed to Firestone to find out what was wrong with it and paid to have them fix it. It was not fixed, and, as a result, further damage occurred. Our interactions and communications were misrepresented and fraudulent — we did not refuse a pressure check and engine diagnostic test. The last exchange we had with Firestone customer service was that we would be contacted by the claims rep in writing, and we were never contacted again. We are long-time Firestone customers and are thoroughly disgusted with this treatment at both the local and corporate level. Is this Firestone’s customer service stance? Beware. Go elsewhere.

I called with a simple 10 second question before heading over to drop off the jeep for 5 new tires, alignment and oil change. Rep put me on a "brief" hold the first time and the call dropped shortly after. No big deal, it happens. I called back and expressed it was a simple yes or no question and he refused to answer stating "I'm sorry man, I have 3 other customers ahead of you". So this reps refusal to answer a question that would have taken less time than the excuse given on why he couldn't cost your location my business. I guess I'm headed to NTB.

I've been loyal customer of another auto service center for over 6 years, but the quality of service and honesty of the management has greatly declined over the last 1-2 years. Furthermore, I took my vehicle in for an alignment at the other location and they said they couldn't perform the alignment unless they replaced my tie rods at a cost of $691.I then took my vehicle to the Fall Hill Ave Firestone Auto Care location for a second opinion. Tony and Isaias were very professional and trustworthy, and they were able to adjust my alignment with no problem. They also gave me a quote on a new set of tires (mine are due to be replaced soon) and a front and rear differential service which was all very reasonable. I will be taking all my future business to this auto service center because of the professionalism and honesty of Tony and Isaias.
