The people at Firestone are exceptionally nice. They always try to be accommodating and respectful. Their work is good and it is relatively easy to get an appointment. I would highly recommend this service center.

I am visiting from out of town and called in on a Saturday around 12 to see if they could recharge my AC. (I knew it was a long shot, but needed it fixed while I was here) they were wonderful and got me in the next day on Sunday. Shortly after called me back to let me know they dont do it on Sundays and were thankfully able to get me in the same day. They were wonderful and accommodated me for the mixup, and I am very grateful!! Wonderful staff and convenient location.

Both my Van and I are a “bit over the hill” but the folks here take wonderful care of us. I travel a great deal and I am always am confidant in the safety and performance of my Van.

i would right a lower review if possible, took my vehicle into this location for a state inspection, Zach or Zachery was the inspector from my understanding. Stated i had a couple issues that would warrant me to fail inspection, took it to the dealership to have a second opinion, dealership stated that nothing is wrong with the vehicle and passed me. Jason (the manager i spoke to) asked for an explanation of what was going on, i explained, he insisted in getting the state police involved. worst experience i have ever had, they quoted me 1700 for the "necessary" repairs.

I have been coming to Firestone on Plank road for about 11 years now because they are always professional, courteous, knowledgeable and treat us like Firestone Family. I will not go anywhere else for my tires, inspections, and oil changes. I would rather go to my firestone family before even going to our dealership. I always enjoy the customer service, the employees also enjoy making good conversation, smiling, laughter and that makes me feel comfortable. Thank you for the great care of our vehicles and always being so kind and going above and beyond to find us what we are looking for our vehicles. I recently bought two new tires and drove to the mountains to pick up my son from college right after. I felt safe with my new tires and having them put on by the technicians from our Firestone. Thank You!!?

Very nice people that gives excellent customer service as well as great Auto Mechanics who were also very polite and would explain everything they are doing to my car.
